Question:

Hello I need to mount the Thule hullavator 898 Pro BAR MOUNT to a Malone AirFlow 2 crossbar.....What do i need to purchase to make the BAR MOUNT fit? I think it might be different underbrackets and maybe longer bolts...I do not know all the parts i need. please tell me what parts I need to make the BAR MOUNT fit on the Malone AirFlow 2 crossbar. Thank you

There are two ways to connect the Thule Hullavator to your crossbars, clamp on or use the T-slot. Clamp on requires square bars and T-Track requires a Thule Crossbar. If you have raised side rails on your vehicle, the SteelTop # MPG203 will just clamp on no problem. If you want to install it via T-Track, you can do that too but you'll need Thule Aero Bars # TH711520 Both options come with the kit. No other longer bolts are needed.

To install the Thule Hullavator # TH898 all you need is 4-8 inches of overhang past the feet of your roof rack. With the SteelTop # MPG203 you can have the bars on one end a little longer than the other since you're only installing one. Measure from the outside of your side rail on the drivers side to the outside edge of the passenger. Take that number to figure out which bar will be best for you to get the 4-8 inches on at least one side.
