So whether you're blazing trails or hitting the trails, I have the Inno Aero Roof Rack for your 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. Now adding a roof rack to your vehicle is gonna allow you to take advantage of the negative space on top of your vehicle to get more things out on the road, 'cause honestly you know as being a Trailblazer owner, you know that cargo area is at a premium in this thing, so let's take a closer look and see how it fits and what it does for us. So just taking a look at our specs here, we're about 3-1/4 inches wide, as far as overall height a little bit over an inch. What's most important is that it's the right shape for most rooftop accessories, so your roof boxes, your roof baskets, kayak carriers, whatever type of things that clamp around, you have plenty of space. Now as far as with your height on this guy, you're gonna be able to clear just about anything as well. You're 3-3/4 from the roof, so that's more than enough clearance for most of these baskets.
Most rooftop accessories are designed to work with a broad audience as far as bars, so you should be good to go with that. Also, you have a T-channel track on this guy that you can just remove your end cap to access, so any of those T-slot accessories you can make use of as well. The thing that really stands out about the Inno Aero is the fact that it's shaped like an airplane wing. That's designed to reduce drag and essentially reduce wind noise, so that's gonna help you going down the road. Now as far as the plastics on this guy, like your end caps, this is the same type of plastic that they use on your vehicle itself, so it's designed to be in the hottest hots and the coldest colds, so if you're in the desert during the summer or the Northeast during the winter, you're gonna be good to go, you won't have to worry about this guy giving up on you.
And, most importantly, you can keep everything nice and secure with your lockable Inno end cap here. So we're gonna take a look at our overall spread. So on center we're right at 28-1/2 inches, so that's gonna work for most rooftop boxes and rooftop accessories as well. And it really would be cool if you showed us how you're going to use your Inno once you receive it because we just love having that interaction with you. Leave a picture or questions below.
Now, I'm gonna show you how to install it. It's super easy because of the fixed mounting points. Let's get down to it. Installation's pretty straightforward on the Trailblazer. All you have to do is really mount your feet to the top of your fixed mounting points, and you're just gonna slide your foot in the included track on your crossbars.
So these guys usually come locked, so I'm gonna unlock it, pop it open here, and we're gonna remove this included bracket right here. So we're just gonna unscrew it here and slide it up, and this is actually what's gonna attach to your fixed mounting point bracket. Now you wanna make sure that you have this guy open in order for it to slide down this track. This lever goes open and close. We're gonna make sure it's open, and we're just gonna slide it into position. Here's where your brackets are going to install. You probably have plugs in these holes, so you're just gonna pop those out and keep 'em. You can use a body trim removal tool or a screwdriver. You just wanna be careful to not get your paint. I'm just gonna feed it through these ovals here just so I can get it started in the thread since I'm working blind. And once I get it to bite, I'm gonna use my included Allen key to tighten it down. Now we're gonna go ahead and install our clamps. Now you're gonna notice that you have like these dips in here, so the dips point up and your tab is gonna point towards the center of the car, and you're gonna do just about the same thing. You're gonna align your hardware and then tighten it down with your tool. All right, once I get these guys tightened down, I'm gonna go ahead and grab my crossbar and drop it into place. So I'm just gonna go ahead and get my foot in position to the bracket, and I'm just gonna make sure these guys line up well enough where I can get it secured, and from there I'll be able to adjust the spread to just make sure it looks even on top of the vehicle. Now that I have my spacing, I'm gonna go ahead and tighten this guy down. I'm gonna give this guy a good twist. Now the included Allen key that you have for all your bolts, you can actually use that on this head, too, to get a little bit better leverage on this knob. So you can actually get this guy in and it'll help you get that a lot tighter. And now that I have it tight, there's actually a little shelf and compartment right here for your Allen key. You're nice and secure, and you can lock her down with your lockable end cap, so you're ready to roll. So this has been a quick look of how to install and how well the Inno Aero Crossbars fit on our 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. Have a great day.
