Will this dampener fits the outside exhaust fan for My 2006 itasca navion???

If the range hood in your 2006 Itasca is a Ventline P, B, or T Series range hood with the horizontal exhaust, then the Replacement Damper # BCA0472-00 will work great for you.
If you do not have a Ventline range hood the damper may work but there is no guarantee. The overall dimension of this damper is 9-7/16 inches long x 4-1/2 inches wide.
