All of our current outside vent cover for RV range hood options are 11-1/2 inches by 5-1/2 inches outside dimension so they are a little wider than what you described. They fit a rough opening that is 10-1/2 inches wide by 3-3/4 inches. I've attached the link to all of our exterior wall vents for RV range hoods because the interior depth for each is different. I've attached a video of part # V2111-03 to assist. These may work for your camper with some minor modifications if the dimensions given were outside dimensions.
