Is this available in white? And what are the measurements for it? The area available is for the flap itself 11.25”x4”. Thanks

The replacement damper isn't available in white, unfortunately. The part measures 9-7/16 by 4-1/2 inches.
These vents are usually specific to the brand of the vent hood. The closest thing we offer to what you're looking for would be part # V2111-13 in white which would fit a rough opening of 10-1/2 by 3-3/4 inches.Given the photo you provided, it looks like your rough opening might be right about correctly sized for the # V2111-13.
