A friend asked to borrow our Thule 5-bike hitch for their summer vacation...as I pulled it out I realized it was missing a bolt. I found etrailer on line and called their customer service...They were amazing ...expedited the bolt the same day :)
This goes with the Replacement Hitch Bolt for old Thule Bike Racks. Make sure you get the lock washer too.
Lost the original, older style bike rack lock, pin and washers. Perfect replacements. Bought a second set of everything just in case. Excellent service and the wb site was very easy to use.
The extension towing mirrors I ordered are just as advertised. If it weren't for the small clips that lock them on the existing mirrors, you would never know they weren't factory originals. It only takes seconds to install or remove them. I haven't had a chance to test drive them yet, but from the fit, I don't think vibration will be a problem. They got here much quicker than I expected. All-in-all a great buying experience, good price and quality and fast delivery and regular communications.

Still working. Keep it tight or wobbling racks will strip the threads again.
