Question:

I was wondering if I can send you pictures of a hitch setup and if you could tell me what I need to repair it? The devices that retain the round bars need replaced. 1 fell off, the other is barely hanging on. I have pictures of the one that is still there. Please let me know what you can do to help.

It sounds like you might need the clips that hold your round spring bars in the head unit. If you have a Fastway e2 system then their Replacement Spring-Bar Release Clips # FA94-02-1059 are the correct part. If you have a Curt system use their part # 17109.
