I haven’t bought many items for our camper or hitch assembly but when I do I buy from etrailer. They have been very helpful and shipping is great.
This order I chose USPS as the shipper as they were a lot cheaper and I didn’t need the item right away. Knowing my past experiences with USPS they didn’t disappoint. Slow and unaccountable lol. Give USPS as little business as possible for this reason.
I will continue to use etrailer in the future.

If these last longer than the one that broke and fell off while in travel (4 mos) I can give them a higher score. The spring bar retaining clip broke and fell off on day 1 of a 17- day trip. I had to fabricate a keeper from a 1/2" bolt, lock nut and washers so I could keep moving. Fortunately, Vickie at etrailer got them shipped to me at my destination campground. Now I have original equipment again, but know I can fix the problem with the spares I ordered, or my on-the-fly repair if another bracket breaks. Thanks to Vickie and etrailer for your great service that really helped me out of a jam!

Received L-pins yesterday and they are the same as original pins. I wanted a second set incase one of the original pins failed on the road, inexpensive peace of mind.

Terri at e trailer was awesome! She got me what I needed and it was delivered ahead of schedule. My complaint is with the original parts. Totally inadequate as you can see from the picture. Hopefully the replacement parts will be better.
