Pigtail makes the connection from the propane tanks on your trailer to the propane regulator on your trailer. Check valve prevents hazardous backflow leakage and is suitable for dual-tank setups.

Bypass Mode for Safety
This Type 1 connector will go into bypass mode if the flow rate surpasses the maximum flow capacity for this connector, which is 450,000 Btu per hour. A ball inside of the fitting will push an internal spring down, pressing firmly against the bottom of the fitting to shut off the flow of gas.
When choosing a Type 1 connector, consider your overall propane demands and choose a connector with a flow rate that just exceeds it. That way, you won't trigger the bypass mode during normal use, but it will trigger in the event of a leak. If the bypass valve engages, stop using gas and start checking your connections for leaks.

Excellent build quality. Bought 20" length because shorter (12") caused too much bend stress at regulator end, causing hose to fail. Longer length allows me to cross over, i.e. from left tank to right regulator fitting and vise versa, greatly reducing bend stress at hose ends. Thanks!

Worked great after i bought an adapter, No Fault of etrailer, but i did not read the description fully i guess and ordered a inverted flare fitting and what i needed was just a normal male fitting but after getting an adapter, it worked great.

Okay quality. I ordered one 2" longer than what I had but it was a little shorter than advertised (by an inch). There doesn't seem to be much consistency with propane hoses in general. It still functions like new after a year and made converting my 1-bottle camper into a 2-bottle camper pretty easy.
