Make camping more fun and relaxing. Moving your 5th-wheel camper or travel trailer once you've gotten settled at the campsite is a real chore. No one wants to have to pack up, unplug, and go refill the propane cylinders, just to come back to the site and set everything up all over again. This Sturgi-Stay T-fitting lets you connect an auxiliary cylinder to your setup using a quick-disconnect fill hose (sold separately). As a result, you can run your appliances off of the propane in the cylinder rather than using up the LP gas from your trailer's setup. When you run out, just refill the auxiliary cylinder and hook it up again.
The disposable cylinder port on the Sturgi-Stay provides a connection point for a small, portable appliance or propane tree. This way you can power a grill, heater, or other accessory without needing to use a 1-lb throwaway cylinder. Simply attach an adapter hose (sold separately) to your appliance and then to the disposable cylinder port on the T-fitting.
Quick Disconnect Port
The Sturgi-Stay features a quick-disconnect port that connects to the fill hose (sold separately) from your auxiliary cylinder. This quick-disconnect port lets you connect and disconnect a hose without any tools. Simply snap the quick-disconnect hose into the port and it will stay locked in until you release it. To remove the hose, just pull back on the collar of the port. The port also features a gas shut-off lever that allows you to completely cut off the propane supply to that port to keep gas contained when no hose is attached. Be sure to move the lever to the "off" position before disconnecting the hose.

Excellent presales support in answering all of my questions. Products worked as decribed. I use these product to connect my portable grill to the 30 lb LP tank on my 5th wheel, rather than use disposable LP bottles.
A must have for your camper!! make sure you buy them with the 90 deg angle, so the can fit under your LP cover

Arrived as described. Disappointed to discover that etrailer.com does not carry mounting brackets for their regulators, but I welcomed the opportunity to dust off my diy skills. Note the bailing wire. Super pro! Also, if anyone knows what happens when one uses a vertical regulator horizontally, I'm all ears.

A couple years back, I purchased a different product off the “A” place. It had constant leaks, and the 1/4 inch pol soft nosed connection to the extend a stay tee, was very difficult to seal. Even the cheap, plastic hose broke at the tee end. A lot of propane leaked out over time. Not enough to smell, but soapy water, lots of bubbles. Contacted etrailer, they recommeded this product. First, the tee is made in the USA unlike the cheap Chinese crap I previously purchased off [online store] Second, the connections in this are different, and created a solid seal. NO LEAKS! Third. The two ports are quick connect, saving having to wrench them on and off as I had to on the other model. Fourth, customer service is and always has been first rate at etrailer.
So, overall, etrailer rocks! This is a great product. Saving a couple bucks at the”A” place cost me a lot more than if I just used etrailer in the first place. THANKS GUYS!

I have purchased from etrailer before but not anymore. Received an item that is not the same as pictured on their web site. They show two peices I received one. Can not use this item. Now they want it back with me paying for postage which is more then the cost of the item. Bad customer service.

What I like about this tee compared to other tees on the market is that it has quick disconnects instead of dedicated fittings.
Depending on the hose I use, I can connect one or two external LP tanks - for that extended park, without having to move the coach to get the tank refilled.
Or, I can connect an external appliance, like my portable LP grille, when I'm on a camping trip.
And I don't have to leave the hose attached to the tee where it might accidentally fall down and drag on the ground. When I roll I can just detach the hose and stow it in the basement.
Word to the wise - there's not much room in the LP tank space, SO I recommend getting the hose you want with a 1/4" MPT on the end that you'd want to connect to the tee, plus a Sturgis male quick connect fitting that also has 1/4" MPT. Connect the two together with a regular 1/4" FPT 90 degree elbow. That allows connecting the hose in a tight space.

Very pleased with the propane hose and fittings I have received from etrailer. The quality of the items seems excellent. This product lived up to my expectations. I am a seasonal camper and I used this product to connect a 100lb tank to my Travel Trailers LP system. I was able to use my existing dual 30lb tanks as well; this provided me enough LP for most of the season which was my goal. This was while using the water heater, refrigerator and furnace in gas mode. Which saved me considerably on my electric bill. The price was less than that big box Camping store. I am very well pleased and would recommend this product.

I used this product to attach a 12' propane hose from the tank on the drivers side of my 2017 Winnebago Forza, underneath to the awning side of the vehicle to power a fire pit. I took The plastic cover off of the tank regulator, unhooked the regulator, and installed this device between the tank and regulator, then re-installed the plastic cover drilling a new hole to install. (The fire pit has it's own regulator). Very easy to do, no pipe dope or teflon tape required. Counting getting under the MH to strap the hose, It probably took about 45 minutes to complete.

Good company to buy from. (first time, but not the last) I think the gas regulator the camper came with never worked right sense it was bought new. First time it has worked right. The original one was mounted wrong from the factory. Parts got here quick, good packaging to keep from getting damaged in transit.
