Custom-Fit Towing Mirrors
Easily extend your field of vision and reduce blind spots with these CIPA slip-on towing mirrors. By adding them to your OEM side-view mirrors, you can see beyond the end of your trailer. This will allow you to safely and easily change lanes, pass, and park with a trailer in tow.
Each of these mirrors is molded to perfectly match the contours of your factory side mirrors. Simply slide the mirrors over your side-view mirrors and use the custom-formed, felt-covered wedges to hold the mirrors in place. Each wedge wraps around the inside edge of your OEM mirror and can be tightened onto the mirror with an easily accessible hand knob.
Slip-on mirrors will fit factory mirrors that look like the mirror in the image above.

Mirrors did exactly what they were supposed to do, clear the blind spots from pulling a wide trailer. Easy to install, just took a little getting used to since you are now looking into 2 side mirrors instead of 1.

I purchased the CTPA Custom Towing Mirrors about a year ago and have been very pleased with them. They installed easily and don't move around while driving at hwy speeds. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because when I put them over the stock mirrors the first time it took a lot of pressure to get them to clip onto the mirror and I was concerned about breaking them. They have gone on a little easier each time since then.
They do not fit my 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500Hd extended cab which I ordered them for although it said guaranteed fit. I also have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500hd crew cab with smaller mirrors that it does fit so I guess I'll keep them for that. Disappointed as I'm leaving on a long distance trip to pick up a very large trailer.
My 3rd set (different trucks). Always a good fit. Wish the mirror moved a bit easier tho. Will order again.

Still working perfectly after many uses throughout the year!
We have used the Cipa custom towing mirrors for a 12,000 mile, six month tour of the US while towing our 25' Airstream trailer. They worked and held up very well. They fit our 2006 GMC Yukon as if custom made. When we returned home, we removed the mirrors and could not find any sign, marks or scratches that they had been mounted. We will use the mirrors again on our next trip. These mirrors were two hundred dollars less than the next closest priced units. We feel we made a great choice!
Got our mirrors yesterday and they were exactly what I wanted. I was impressed with the fast delivery on my order. I would definitely recommend Etrailer to anyone.

Still in good shape after a year of use
Good afternoon, i received the Custom Towing Mirrors the other day and they arrived unharmed. When i looked at each mirror i recognized that the plastic portion of the mirror was injected molded, that is not a bad thing. But having over twenty-five years of injection molding experience i have to wonder and question the manufacturer’s quality inspection system. The flaw that i see is on both mirrors because it is the point or ‘gate’ as it is known in the business, where the molten plastic comes into the mold to fill the cavity. In each case the area is marred by what is known as ‘splay’, which by no means lessens the functionality, but does take away from the beauty of the finished product. Quality control should have never let these items out of their hands, unless of course they really do not give a hoot! i do think your products are worthy of better presentation. The mirror extensions installed easily and give me the extra visibility I needed with the camper on the back of my truck. A big thumbs-up!

Ive left the mirror extensions in place on my truck even after I take the camper off for the season. I like the extra visibility they provide. Still think theyre a great product.
They slip on great, and they come off great. The thumb screw on the back keeps them secure throughout the travel. Exactly what I wanted, and they work wonderfully. I use these to see around my travel trailer. Fit perfectly on my side mirrors on my large SUV.

Approx. 7000 miles later, they are wonderful. The perfect mirror for a very reasonable cost.
The mirrors fit my 2005 Tahoe well, for towing my 2-stall horse trailer. Easy on/off installation compared to the previous stretch band attached mirrors used.

Great mirrors, easy to take onoff
The mirrors fit on my 2003 Yukon XL 2500 but were a little tight and I had to get aggressive installing them where they belonged.
Driving with them the mirrors seem to be stable and not bouncing around.
Overall they work as intended, however I will limit the amount of times I remove them because I don't like how much force is required to put them back on in fear that they may break.
I don't know why, but delivery time was over two weeks. The product was advertised as being "in stock" so I don't understand why shipping and delivery took as long as it did.

Still working good. Mine stay on the vehicle most of the time and they are holding up well.
These mirrors are a necessity for towing a snowmobile trailer . Once you get them adjusted they work great . Added width of the mirrors helps you see on the side and behind the trailer. They are easy to install and seem to stay very stable on the existing mirrors

I bought these slide over towing mirrors for my 03 suburban to use when towing my boat. I originally purchased a pair of extended mirrors from a local automotive store however they worked by placing rubber straps around the car mirror. The straps only lasted a season then tore and were no longer usable. My Dad purchased a pair of these slide on mirrors and has owned them for at least 5 years now. They are definitely the way to go.

Thank you for following up. Really love the mirror extenders. They are such a great product. So easy to put on and never have to worry about them falling off, because of the great fit from the one piece construction. No cheap rubber pieces to worry about breaking.
I have a 2000 Silverado 2500 and the CIPA towing mirrors fit perfectly. I took my time putting them on as suggest by over Product Reviews, and did not have a problem.

No problems and putting them on and taking them off has become easier. Just need to take my time and remember to tighten the screw. Would recommend them to any 2000 2500 Silverado owner.
#1- I will not purchase from etrailer.com again because they use UPS and just like always they are the poorest shipping compnay out there who cannot make deliver on time and say they deliver when they do not!
#2- As far as the order goes since we had to chase or order all over Wilmington to get it because of #1 above I have not even had a chance to look at it to confirm it is what I ordered.
I would suggest you get the shipping facts from UPS tracking which is usless as always!

We have been using this specific mirror for going on 23 yrs (I think). When we got our first travel trailer, this was the mirror we got. Works great and so easy to put on and take off. Had a mishap with other trucks mirror and had to get another style to get us home. It was terrible.
The mirror extensions are a snug fit and fairly easy to install. I like how they look and they won't shake going down the road. Perfect for my 2001 Silverado.
These are great mirrors. Took me a little while to get them on since they didn't exactly "slip on," but once on, they're great. Look good and don't think they'll ever come off!
The product is great!! But ups was late on delivery. I never use them. Fedex is always on time delivery.
These are really sturdy and they are a huge upgrade from the rubber strap style I used to use.
the installation of the towing mirrors was quick and easy. They look great and function very well. I can see the cars which are quite close behind my trailer. The quality is excellent and I expect them to last a long time.

Price was good the shipping was on time. The mirrors work great for my 23 ft, camper trailer pulled with a 04 suburban, the only problem I had was the left mirror would not adjust. A little 3in 1 and moving it freed it up and it is fine.
I have purchased from etrailer.com before and was happy with their service. I was across country moving my son back to Idaho from Illinois and needed mirrors for towing a large utility trailer. Ordered from etrailer and unbeknownst to me, they were just down the road in Missouri. Had them the next day and am pleased with product. I’ll be using them again.

I have been using these mirrors for a year now mostly towing my Jayco RV trailer. Easy on and off and I dont have to worry about rubber straps getting old and deteriorating.

I know that these mirrors will fit with black-capped and chrome-capped models. If the mirror is a full chrome mirror, it will not fit. If you have the full chrome mirror then a strap on mirror like part # CM11952-2 would be a better option.
