I have a solution, but since there isn't an add on tow mirror that will fit your 2006 Chevy Silverado 3500 due to the telescoping mirrors your best option is a set of door mounted tow mirrors like the # 11650-2. These securely attach to the doors of your truck for a very stable and wider view of whats behind your wide trailer.
