Will this product work on a 2006 Silverado 2500 HD with power turn signal type mirrors. The installation video shows it being installed only on manual type mirror.

The CIPA Custom Passenger-Side Towing Mirror # 10802 that you referenced will fit the powered mirror on your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD if the turn signal function is built into the glass. If your turn signals are external (not built in to the mirror glass) then they will not fit. The same is true for the matching driver-side mirror, part # 10801. Please note that both mirrors are also offered as a 2-piece set as part # CM10800.
The included photo shows the type of OEM mirror that will work with these CIPA mirrors. They will fit full plastic mirrors, but will not fit full chrome or telescopic mirrors.
