Yes, you can! The etrailer Hitch item # e94AR is confirmed to fit your 2017 Lexus RX 350 and has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity. You will want to check your Lexus's actual capacity though and go off of it. This varies based on trim packages and often times the hitches are built stronger than the vehicle they attach to.
To tow a boat with your Lexus you will also need a wiring harness item # 56083 if you have the tow package or item # 119250KIT if you do not. There is a connector located behind the rear bumper on the driver's side if you have the tow package. I linked an installation video below to help you find it.
I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
