I have a 2016 rx 350 without the towing package. I have this in my cart: etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2 e94AR 1 T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector 118255 1 Which ball mount kit should I get? I plan to transport a cart about 300 miles in a trailer.

Hey Andres! I would like to start out by confirming that both the etrailer Hitch item # e94AR and the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118255 are both confirmed to fit your 2016 Lexus RX 350.
I have linked a couple of installation videos below so you can see how to get those parts set up.
For a ball mount, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
