Where the heck was quality control when this went out the door ? This must have been the new guys first build. Numerous scratches, was built out of square and out of level. Very unhappy.

This hitch was a bolt on. The installation went well. Some fabrication was required
for installation. When all finished , it looks like a factory job.
It took me over two hours to do the installation and thanks to the online video instruction. This was super helpful and not too complicated. The hitch is sturdy and the price is right. Super quick delivery and happy about the end result. Excellent!! I saved a lot of money by doing the install myself.
The exhaust hardware is rattling against the hitch hardware! How do you fix that??

Really nice hitch and good instructions. Had a little more work to do because of the Range Rover's trim package, but a dremel tool made quick work of that.
Great product , took one hour to install did not have to remove anything from Range Rover cut everything with a utility knife including heat shield , this was too easy . Very happy
