For a trailer hitch that will work perfectly on your 2016 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III # 75950. This particular hitch features a sleek hidden-crosstube design that allows only the 2 inch receiver to be visible behind the vehicle, maintaining a nice factory appearance.
The custom eliminate the need for any drilling during installation but you will need to trim some of the bumper fascia to allow for a proper fit. I have attached the written installation instructions that you can look through as well.
