Question:

2016 Porsche Cayenne diesel.toe a 2020 airstream 27 ft globetroter . Cayenne is 7718 and 680 on the tung weight . The 27 ft airstream is heaven on tung weight Will a load distribution hitch help???

I checked both of the trailer hitches that fit your 2016 Porsche Cayenne, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75950 and Curt Trailer Hitch # C13116 and neither of them is rated for use with a weight distribution system. Oftentimes a trailer hitch will have its capacity upgraded when using weight distribution but that is not the case here.

Both of these hitches are rated for 7,500 lbs towing and 750 lbs of tongue weight, though you are limited to the capacity of your towing set up's lowest-rated component so you will need to check your owner's manual to see what the capacity of your Cayenne is.
