This is my 2nd vehicle. The Draw-Tite is even better. Installation was easy but with only a couple clips left I realized that I did need to trip 1/8” off the bumper. Ugh!!!
I didn’t get it done in the normal timeframe but it was as easy as professed. Greta product.
Your video made my installation very easy. I almost did it by myself except for 5 minutes when I enlisted my wife to help hold it in place while I secured the first bolt :-). I have a later model Accord with radar components attached to the back bumper, but it was very easy to disconnect them and later reconnect them after securing the hitch. Yes, the thickness of the hitch pushed the bumper back a bit as you described. I did not modify the underside of the bumper but if I did it over again I would have trimmed the bottom a bit where the hitch contacts the plastic bumper, because when I finished, I was not able to replace some of the plastic pins that secure the bottom of the bumper. Instead I used cotter pins which of course are narrower than the pins and so the bottom of the bumper is securely fashioned as desired.

Price was reasonable and shipping was free for this hitch designed to fit a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. The directions to remove the bumper and install the hitch was decent, but I would suggest going online to see how the bumper removal goes. From opening the box to taking the final install pictures, it took about 40 minutes.
I’ll be using this for primarily for a bike rack, and rarely, for moving light items on a rack that won’t fit inside the vehicle.
I’m a little disappointed that a locking pin wasn’t included in the package, but not a deal breaker. Overall, still an excellent experience.
Shipping was very fast and the hitch install is very straightforward. If you or you know someone who is a bit handy you can figure it out. Taillight and bumper removal is not rocket science. I had never removed a bumper before. A helper would have made it even easier. I was lucky and had access to a lift but the job can also be done in your driveway on jack stands. I'm very pleased with the fit and finish thx much!!
Great hitch for my 2018 Honda Accord Sport. We haul mountain bikes on a regular basis and works flawlessly for that. Easy install. Pulling off th bumper cover isn’t as bad as you think. Like this brand best because you only see a small part where all but the receiver is hidden.
Great hitch that has good clearance for my Honda Accord. Perfect match for my Thule bike rack and e-bike on a trip out of state.

After a year the hitch has been used several times with the bike rack with great success. I like that this hitch is hidden under the framework of the car and has pretty good clearance.
This is an excellent hitch for my 2018 Honda Accord. Had a mechanic install since I wasn't comfortable taking the bumper face off but once installed, it is solid, neat, and sturdy. The mounting holes and provided bolts fit perfectly. It doesn't protrude too much from bottom of bumper and does not protrude at all from rear of the car.

Hitch still holding up well! It is fairly lightweight but strong enough to carry 2 dual sus bikes on a hitch carrier.
Excellent fit and finish. I love how unobtrusive this hitch is, with the only visible portion being the receiver. The installing video was great also.
I selected this product because it would mount to my vehicle without having to drill holes in the body/frame. The sole purpose of this hitch was to be able to mount a bike rack to my car. Since i don't intend to tow a trailer, I didn't need to purchase the wiring harness.
When I unpacked the hitch I noticed some of the coating was missing from the mounting plates. I was informed by etrailer that they generally do not replace a hitch for cosmetic reasons as road debris will cause the same kind of damage. Since this part of the hitch was in contact with the car body, I touched it up with rust resistant paint before installing it.
Installation went smoothly following the step-by-step instructions complete with photos.
I've used the bike rack three times since the installation of the hitch, twice carrying two bikes for over 100 miles. The hitch holds the bike rack securely with little movement of the bikes detected in the mirror while driving at highway speed or travelling over rough city streets.
This unit has taken two bikes 500 miles in a single day many times. Some difficultly getting the bikes completely secured, and that system should be redesigned for a better fit.
Outstanding hitch. No need to drill holes or make modifications to car as with other hitches. Complete bolt on assembly with straightforward installation.

The quality of this product is simply marvelous! It's custom fit for my 2020 Honda Accord Sport and was a very easy installation.
As you can see in the attached photos, I did the install in the parking lot on the pavement (no jack) and by myself.
The hitch installed really doesn't protrude out from the bottom bumper cover; and most importantly the two size large mountain bikes with 29" wheels sat perfectly with significant distance between the truck lid and any part of the bikes. No rocking on interstate.
Well built and believe it or not, I can bearly see those large tires in the rear view mirrors mounted on the car doors.
The Swagman is killer cool as well!
Lastly, the customer relations team at eTrailer is top-notch, curious, professional and helpful. This hitch is my second purchase. I purchased a custom hitch and the Swagman for my 2017 Honda Accord back in 2018.

Amazing hitch. Very unobtrusive. Hard to see it on the car unless you're looking. This was very important for me. I use it with a 2 inch lift hitch to get a good height. Have never drug it in a driveway. Install was straightforward and they give you the hardware needed. The safety chain loops are also a good size. Very happy with the hitch and will look at draw-tite for any future hitch.
This was easy to install. It took about an hour start to finish on my 2019 Honda Accord. It has worked well. With the ball mount off it isn't noticeable at all.
(The wiring harness for trailer lighting took a lot longer to install, but is not part of this hardware review.)
I ordered the Draw-Tite Sportframe trailer hitch receiver for my 2021 Accord Hybrid and it fit perfectly. I installed it myself using etrailer's 2020 Accord video. Although the video wasn't didn't match my car exactly, it was close enough that the installation went very smoothly. The entire installation took about an hour, mostly because this was my first one and I took my time. I would definitely recommend etrailer to anyone looking for a hitch receiver.
Good product. Very strong design and nice finish. Installation went well and had 0 issues with fitment.
A few issues I've faced with the part where the hitch receiver goes - it has a slight slope and the hitch receiver doesn't sit tight there. Anyway, I drove about 950km with the Thule bike rack with two bikes on it and all good.
Very prompt in getting the hitch delivered. Just installed the hitch in about three hours. Good instructions. Had a tough time getting the hitch/bumper on ... found that putting one screw on with a wrench works well. The electrical plug that had to be disconnected was much easier with the connector removed from the car (i.e. remove connector from hook on car and then disconnect by pressing on the connector). Had problem putting bumper back on due to self induced issues like sure that the bumper bottom is aligned. Had to cut the bumper a little bit to fit the hitch. Hitch seems to be well constructed as far as I can tell. Will update this review if any issues using it with my bike rack.

This was a great addition for my girlfriends honda accord. We moved out to Scottsdale Arizona from Chicago and wanted to tow my scooter there. The scooter weighs about 170lbs and the rack is about 20lbs. The tongue weight limit is 200lbs so we were cutting it close. I was amazed of how strong and sturdy these piece is made. This is not a Chinese piece it's actually manufactured in Mexico.
Perfect fit. Clear instructions. Shipped in a timely manner and well packed. Easy install . Bought the swagman bike rack to go with it and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Hitch came with several dings and scratches but I honestly could not deal with waiting for a second hitch to be delivered to me. But this review is based on how the product is doing, I’ve had it on for 3 months. And use it daily and I have no complaints on how to works, my only complaint is how I received the product, dinged and scratched. It seemed as it was a used product and just shipped to me. Maybe someone returned it. Who knows.
Installation took about a hour. Make sure you tighten the bolts right and left sides evenly. I cranked the left side completely down first by specs and when applying the bumper back on the right side was slightly tighter. At least thats my opinion.... thank you

Still works great for hauling road bikes on a platform type carrier. So much better than having a Saris Bones on the trunk!
