Question:

I would like to know in your opinion what is the best e-bike rack to be fitted on a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. I have narrowed it down to two options: TH9041 INH110 And they will be attached through this hitch: 24972

The Thule T bike racks like the T1 part # TH9041 are widely considered to be one of the nicest racks around and have several years of use out in the wild to have earned that very solid reputation. I would go with this rack based on how well we know it performs, it's reputation, and it's lighter weight over the Inno part # INH110 that you also referenced unless the bike has fenders as the Thule won't work with a front fender whereas the Inno will. Both of these will work great in the Draw Tite hitch part # 24972 that fits your 2018 Honda Accord.

Now my opinion for the best e-bike rack is the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which uses a frame clamp design that works with all e-bike frame styles and also does not interfere with fenders. It also has a ramp that pulls out that makes loading bikes much easier.
