For the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24972 which fits your 2018 Honda Accord I recommend using the Curt Class II Euro Style Drawbar # C45562. This ball mount is 9-3/4" from the center of the hitch pin hole to center of the 2" hitch ball. The Curt # C45572 you found is only 7-1/4" from center of hitch pin to center of 2" ball. When we installed the Draw-Tite receiver on a 2018 Accord we found the rear of the bumper sat 3" behind the hitch pin center hole. This would only give you 3-1/4" between your hitch ball and rear bumper. Depending on your coupler you could run into issues when connecting and removing your trailer. Having the extra length will reduce the chances of your trailer coupler hitting and damaging your bumper fascia.

I recommend using the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set # 3794DAT to secure the ball mount in your receiver. This also includes locks for the trailer coupler which can be used both while attached to the hitch ball or while in storage.
