I am going to tow a kayak that weighs approx 500# and attach a bike rack and different times. Will the Curt hitch work okay for my 2018 Honda Accord LX?

For your 2018 Honda Accord the Curt hitch # C11525 will work great for this.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the part # 119250KIT which is a confirmed fit, then for a ball mount part # 3593 and hitch balls # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball. When using your hitch for a bike rack, you will need the stabilization strap # 18050.
