It fit perfect, all bolt on using vehicle's bumper bolts to mount. Just remember to use a torque wrench to remove the bumper bolts so as not to over torque them when reinstalling them. I used blue thread locker because the torque was so low, 35#. It can be installed by one person, but if you are as old as I, it's nice to have someone hold up the other end while threading the bolts. Leave the bolts loose until all are in place, or you will find the lower bolts too short, only to find the bumper is see-sawing on top of the receiver assembly, and you will make the mistake of thinking you need longer bolts.
Product was just as described and the installation video was very helpful! They shipped super fast and were very communicative throughout the process!
My only note is more to potential buyers / newer DIYers like myself. Make sure you have the right size sockets for your wrench (and make sure it’s good quality socket wrench!!) My set is a cheap one I got forever ago and thought I’d be fine… when I realized I had 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm … then 16mm 17mm… (you need 15mm for the 2018 pro master city) I had already taken my brake lights off. Tried the 16mm for a while like an idiot (it sort of worked? Not at all?) then eventually put my lights back on and drove to the nearest auto parts spot. Had a good laugh with the cashier. Drove home, took the brake lights off and overtightened my cheap wrench so it broke… went upstairs and drank beer. Bought a proper socket wrench to accompany my single 15mm the socket the next day. Thankfully it wasn’t the same cashier…
Installation is super easy and straightforward if you’re not like me! Highly recommend the product and seller.
Ordered on a Sunday morning. Got an email Sunday afternoon saying it was on its way. There it was, halfway across the country, on my front porch on Wednesday. Amazing.
Installation went as previewed in the helpful video. Time estimate accurate to the minute. My only hiccup was two studs on the driver side that needed to be shaved off and spot-primed before the hitch would sit flush (see photo -- one of the left and the other on the right).
Also installed the wiring harness. That was a bit more of a slog, but that's the nature of that particular beast. No real issues, just time-consuming -- snaking wires over, under and between and trying to tighten zip ties in awkward yoga-like positions.
Excellent service and helpful information. I will be back when it is time to install the ventilation fan...

For 2019 Ram Promaster City this does work but requires modification of the bracket on the van and the factory bumper. You have to cut a little bolt off of the bracket and there is a large glob of weld on the bumper which connects a large female threaded bolt hole in the bumper that has to be either cut, grinded, or hammered out.
The thing fit pretty flush after all of that and it seems very solid but I'd rather have not gone through the headache.

The hitch has been working fine after the initial modification. No issues after one year.
Love my hitch even more now. Was hit in the rear by a truck and thanks to the hitch it protected my van from major structural damage. It Withstood the hit with no damage to the hitch at all. I'm impressed.

Id highly recommend giving the hitch a very thorough examination. Look for any bending, cracks or chipped/cracked powder coat that would indicate the structural integrity of the hitch had been compromised.
The hitch was easy to install and the instructions were good. The wiring was not to bad to install when you figured out the best way to run it, I ran mine under the floor on the left side up the fiewall to the battery. there are shields and lines to hide the wire loom and secure it. Everything just went pretty easy. The people at etrailer are more then happy to help with any concerns you might have. I am glad to have purchased it from them it's a great product and the customer service is great and George was very nice and helpful. When I have other needs of products I will be shopping there.
Perfect fit! Very easy to install. I have been using this hitch for 1 year now and have had zero problems. I pull a single axle utility trailer for yard work/ building materials and have a dual axle horse trailer that I pull to get our goats to and from the shows that we attend.
Dodge Promaster City Trailer hitch: The product is high quality and does exactly what it should. The installation isn't easy, as noted on the web page, but if you're reasonably handy it's not terrible either.

Installation took less than hour and half. Very professional done.
Appears to be solid construction. Took 1 star for the fit. Manufactured with some adjustment but holes were just shy of big enough. Ground off < 1/6" and it was a perfect fit. Installation was easy enough. Can't blame etrailer for Ram's build. The top right bumper cover nut was the biggest PIA I had. Delivery was 1 day past anticipated, which I think is very timely given the holidays and supply chain issues.
I installed this hitch on a 2020 ram pro master wagon. There is considerable disassembly of your vehicle needed to get this installed properly. You have to remove the bumper cover and bumper bar. Although this can be done with one person, having an extra set of hands would have been very helpful. I watch the online video at etrailer.com before I started and found this to be extremely helpful. Everything fit as it should and there were no unexpected issues.
Easy install at home with hand tools in approx 30min. No issues 1 year in, it has been a reliable hitch for my promaster city.
I would say it's more like a 6/10 difficulty level. The video was very helpful. I did it by myself with no help. I also ordered the light harness for my promaster city and that was easy as well! Great product and fast shipping
Required cutting off a stud for a wiring harness that was not fitted (no parking sensors). No big deal. Otherwise a complicated bumper removal process.
Product was good and fit perfectly according to the installation instructions.
Four stars because there was one T27 bolt that couldn't be reinstalled because the receiver was blocking the hole. Really easy, straightforward install. Took about 60 minutes, excluding the extra 30 that it took to take a tire off in order to get a wheel well screw out.
