Question:
It looks like recommendations are to use a Curt Hitch for my Ram ProMaster City Van 2016. Looks like the hitch comes with a 2 receiver. I have a Tule Bike rack I want to use. It comes with a 1 1/4 size receiver. What do I do? Can I still but the hitch and get some sort of an adapter for it?

Actually for carrying a bike rack the Draw Tite hitch part # 75219 would be your best option. Curt requires you use a stabilizer strap like part # 18050 when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack and the Draw Tite does not so it's the winner in my book.
Depending on your Thule bike rack there could be an option to easily convert it to a 2 inch hitch size, but without knowing which model you have it's hard to say how to proceed. If you can email me back with that info I can give you your best option.
I attached an install video for the hitch for you to check out as well.
