Question:

I would like to add a hitch to my 2021 Ram Promaster City. I plan on using it to carry 4 bikes, and maybe a small trailer. I also need a bike rack, and probably wiring for lights. What do you have that will work for my vehicle?

For your 2021 Ram ProMaster City I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75219. This custom-fit hitch will be perfect for a bike rack and towing your trailer. It has a 2" receiver with a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight of 350 lbs. Make sure to check your owner's manual for the towing capacity of your vehicle so you know what it is capable of.

For wiring, the best option is the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118719. This plugs directly into existing wiring and will give you a 4-way connection at the back of your vehicle to power your trailer's signal lights.

For a bike rack for 4 bikes I recommend the Thule Apex Swing XT Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # TH9027XT. This rack holds your bikes at 3 points to prevent them from hitting each other, and the swing away design will allow you to still access the rear of your ProMaster City. This rack does come with a lock using the Thule One-Key System to keep your bikes secure.
