What kind of capacity were you needing?
Depending on how its equipped, it looks like the 2021 Chevy Express has a pretty generous towing capacity of up to 10000 lbs. Your owner's manual will have more specific information.
I really like the US made Curt receiver hitches which offer high quality construction at a reasonable price. For a 6K capacity, or 10K if used with weight distribution, I'd go with the Curt # 13040. For a higher capacity, go with the Curt # 14090 which is good up to 10K, without needing to use a weight distribution system.
