I have a couple of trailer hitch options for your 2014 Ford E-350 Dually RV. However there is not a custom fit trailer hitch designed for your E-350 Dually.
I recommend using the Draw-Tite Class IV Weld-on Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990. This hitch uses weld-on brackets, like the 7 Inch Weld-On Bracket Kit # 4907, to attach to the frame of your vehicle. The weight capacity of the hitch exceeds the 10,000 pound capacity you are looking for, and the receiver measures 2 inches x 2 inches.
If you need more of a drop than the 7 inch brackets allow, you can use the 16 Inch Weld-On Bracket Kit # 4916.
When I spoke with my contact at Curt, he provided another hitch option, the Curt Class IV Trailer Hitch Receiver # 14090. This hitch is designed to fit the Chevrolet Express Van, but my contact said that many people looking for a hitch for their E-350 Duallys use the # 14090 since it is wide enough for their vehicle's frame. This will require new holes to be drilled in the frame of your vehicle in order to install the hitch.
I do not typically like to recommend drilling new holes in the frame of your vehicle, so I recommend the Draw-Tite weld-on hitch over the Curt hitch that will require drilling.
