The Curt trailer hitch # 14090 fits all full size versions of the 2010 Chevy Express Van. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you and a link to the installation instructions.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK2216. It comes with 2 balls, a ball mount, hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. For trailer wiring use # 118392. I have included links to the installation instructions and a video for the wiring as well.
You mentioned E-350, which would be a Ford, so for a 2010 you could use # 14055. I have linked a video and instructions for this hitch as well.
