The straps I bought have a slight offset and the ones I was replacing do not. I wish I could get this strap without an offset then they would be perfect.

Your hinges were modified for a trailer with a wide door. The hinges have held up great. Short clip shows the door on the trailer.
I am converting a 5 x 8 cargo trailer into a tear drop type camper. The trailer came with a ramp, which is not practical my use. I wanted to convert the ramp to a side swing door. I ordered the 16" hinge to provide as much support as possible. I built a new frame, re-used the outer skin & trim and installed the door using the hinges. To say I'm happy with the result and how the hinges work is an understatement! The project came out better than I had hoped and the hinges were the perfect choice.
