Specs:
This sturdy cargo net helps to secure your load and to keep your freight from shifting or blowing out of your trailer.
The black nylon net includes a cinch rope with a heavy-duty plastic cam that lets you tighten the netting over your load to help keep your cargo in place. This cinch rope runs through the outer edge of the net. After you tighten the rope around your load, turn the lever on the cam until it locks into one of the integrated slots. This will help ensure that the rope stays cinched down over your cargo.
Secure the net to your trailer with the 12 included carabiners. Attach the carabiners directly to existing anchor points on your trailer. For heavy loads, you can thread cargo straps through the netting and over your gear to provide extra security. You can also install an E-track cargo control system (sold separately) on your trailer and use Snap-Loc tie-down anchors, Loc-Rings, and straps to get more tie-down options.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Snap-Loc Heavy Duty Trailer Cargo Net, eight feet wide by 16 feet long. Part number SLAMCN96192-P. This Snap-Loc heavy duty trailer cargo net is a great way to haul cargo and other larger items in the flatbed trailer. This net works great for 12 to 16 foot long trailers. It's made of a heavy duty woven nylon material. And then you can see the cinch rope here also heavy duty braided material.
Way this net works is that it has this rope here, which runs the bottom length of the net, so what you do is you just pull this rope tight and it's going to clench the bottom portion of the net together so that all of your gear is nice and secure. Now another cool thing about this net is that it comes with a hook and loop strap here. That's just going to help contain all your excess rope, keep it all in one place so it's not scattered around through your trailer. Now this is the breaking or tightening mechanism here. Again, how this works is that you pull that rope tight and it's going to cinch or clench the bottom of the net together. Now this net also does come with 10 carabiners.
Now these carabiners, you can hook them on the end of the rope and then hook them to maybe an attachment point, maybe the angle line of your trailer. Now what we'll need to do is basically just kind of unravel the net. Now it does come with that nice little handy bag, which the net does come in. Once it's all out, we'll need to untangle it. And basically just drape the net over our gear. Now the net does have the four inch openings, so that's going to be a real nice way just to help keep some of the smaller items maybe that you'll be hauling.
So they don't come through the openings.I'm just going to undo that hook and loop strap here that's containing all that rope, just so I can make sure that the net is even over all of our gear. Now what I'm going to do is, I'm going to take those carabiners and I'm going to start off with just four corners of the net to secure the net to the side of the trailer. Basically just going around the entire length of the trailer, using the carabiners to hook the net to.Now that we got all of our carabiners in place, we got the cargo net around all of our gear, I'm going to lift up and loosen up this locking mechanism so that way I can pull the strap tight. And basically I'm going to just give all this a yank. You're going to see all that rope basically just tightening up around the whole diameter of the net, getting that all nice and tight.
Now that we got all of our ropes pulled tight, we can go ahead and close down our locking device here, and it's going to prevent that rope from coming undone. Now with that done, we can take the remaining slack of our rope and use that nice little hook and loop strap here, just to help contain all that excess strap. It's not flying around on the trailer, blowing around when we're going down the highway. This cargo net is 96 inches wide by 192 inches long. The rope diameter is a quarter of an inch, and it has a weight capacity to 400 pounds. Now the carabiners that are included with the rope have a maximum break strength of 300 pounds with a safe working load limit of 100 pounds. And it comes with a one-year limited warranty. Now that we got our gear all loaded up and clenched down using a Snap-Loc Heavy Duty Trailer Cargo Net. That'll complete today's review of part number SLAMCN96192-P.

Just what my brother wanted for Xmas and high quality. etrailer has one of the best customer service departments I have ever dealt with and follows your order from soup to nuts. Would reccommend to family and friends. Superior and Professinal.
I have had this product 1 year. I have only used this product twice since I purchased it. It has worked great for the purpose that I bought it for, hauling firewood. I travel about 300 miles 1 way on a fishing/wood cutting trip once or twice a year. It installs easy and the wood stays securely on my trailer with this cargo net. Thanks etrailer.
The cargo net was shipped and arrived as provided- thank you. The net has performed as advertised, the clips very handy. I would recommend the product to all.
On a 16' trailer having this net able to cover loose items and necessary tarping for long hauls has been invaluable.
This is a heavy duty cargo net. Solid c onstruction.
The product was what I had expected and what was advertised on the wbesite. It arrived in a reasonable time frame and an expensive expedited delivery service was not used (I didn't need the product that quickly and appreciated being able to ship it in a manner to save some money). Most important, the staff kept me informed on the order status frequently with e-mails. Thank you.
