Features to know about

Stable Handling on Every Mile: Frame-Mounted Front Tie-Downs

These front tie-downs mount directly to your truck’s frame, the strongest part of the vehicle, so your camper weight is distributed evenly and the center of gravity stays low. That means you avoid a top-heavy setup that sways in crosswinds or shifts on rough roads. With the camper locked tight to the frame, your truck handles like it should whether you’re headed across town or across the continent.

Install Without Drilling: Custom-Fit Mounts

Each tie-down bolts to pre-existing holes in the frame for a straightforward, no-drill install. Because they’re designed for a custom fit, there’s no cutting or modifications needed and only minimal loss of ground clearance. The result is a strong, secure setup that’s easy to put together in your own garage with basic tools.

Keep Your Truck Looking Clean: Removable Arms

When you’re not hauling your camper, you can pull the tie-down arms out of the brackets so they’re barely visible. The mounts sit tucked up under the frame, so they don’t spoil your truck’s lines or hang low. You’ll hardly notice they’re there until it’s time to load up again.

TorkLift frame-mounted camper tie-downs installed under a truck, showing near-invisible bracket design for a clean vehicle appearance.

Built Tough for Long Trips: Powder-Coated Steel Construction

Made from black powder-coated steel, these tie-downs stand up to road grime, moisture, and salt without rusting or weakening. The heavy-duty finish protects against corrosion during long hauls and rough weather so your setup stays solid season after season.

Secure, Adjustable Connection: Two Anchor Holes per Arm

Each arm has two pin holes so you can extend it just enough to clear sidewalls or fenders and line up your turnbuckles (sold separately). The dual anchor holes on the plate help you dial in the best angle for a strong, stable hold that keeps your camper from shifting.

The rear camper mounts took 10 minutes each to install. The front ones took 22 minutes each. The mounting brackets are well built and designed. It would have been nice if the install instructions we’re online so we could have read them before we received the mounts.

TorkLift frame mounted tie downs are awesome. Just installed them today on the new Tundra and they are impressive. I have used Happijac tie downs in the past and they work and do the job. I wanted something a little beefier and TorkLift is definitely what I was looking for. Fairly straight forward install, takes a little tinkering but the fit is perfect and there is no doubt TorkLift did their homework. Great quality steel and welds look good. Great work TorkLift! Ordering from etrailer is always easy and they seem to have customer service dialed. They have better information on their site than most manufacturers.

This was a perfect fit on my 2017 Tundra. Installation took about 30-45 min per side. The most difficult step was threading some bolts through the frame holes. They hide nice when not in use.

2002 Toyota Tundra
these fit my '21 toyota tundra perfect. It took a little bit to figure out the instructions but once we got one side, the other side went well. two of us installed front and rear mounts in a little over an hour. I had Torklift on my 2002 tundra and they were very secure for my slide in, that's why I got them again for my new truck.

@Dennis Great! Glad to hear that! Have you taken any cool overlanding trips worth talking about?

I installed these on my 2018 Toyota Tundra myself. As advertised, they fit into existing bolt holes and installation was straightforward. My slide-in camper attached as advertised and the unit has been trouble free through some rough off road travel.

I recommend this item highly and prefer it to my previous camper tie down system.

wonderful, as expected

2019 Toyota Tundra
Fits fine on the 2020 Toyota Tundra. I would suggest one change, though. It is rather difficult stringing the bolt through with the coiled wire without losing it inside the frame before getting the nut on. Therefore, I squared the ends of the bolts, drilled a hole through the square end, and twisted the wire through the hole. This made it so I could easily pull the bolt through the hole and hold the bolt in place while sliding the nut and washer down the wire to the bolt and screwing it on it. Pretty much impossible to lose. The square end also made it easier to hold the bolt while tightening down the nut.
