Will the T2310 and T3306 fit a 2019 tundra. 6 1/2foot box ,double cab , factory hitch , running board not under bed.?

Yes, I checked with TorkLift and can confirm the correct set of TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs for your 2019 Toyota Tundra Double Cab with 6-1/2' bed, Factory Hitch, and Running Boards (Stop at Cab) is part # TLT3306 for the rear and part # TLT2310 for the front.
If you don't already have turnbuckles then I recommend the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles part # TLS9522-2-LK which are stainless steel so they won't rust.
