Will the brophy clamp tie down work on a 2018 f350.

The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs part # HSBP will fit your 2018 Ford F-350. The bed rails fall with in the required 5.5" maximum width and has the 2" of space under the bed rail that the tie downs require.
