Expert Reply:
Yes, the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSSF will work just fine with your 2018 Ford F-150. The Brophy Tie-Downs are easy to install and remove and require no drilling for installation. The Brophy Tie Down # HSBP will work for you if you have the required 5.5 inches of maximum width and have the 2 inches of space under the bed rail. In order to secure the truck bed camper to these tie-downs you will also need the Brophy Basic Turnbuckles # TDHP.
