If Power is Going Into RV Camera Multiplexer But None Coming Out is it Bad

2016 jayco redhawk back up camera just went black all fuses are fine i have power to multiplexer but not coming out do you think it could be the multiplexer

If there is power going into your multiplexer but none coming out then yes it would be damaged and in need of replacing like with the part # RVS-501N if you need a 3 channel option.
