Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
The BEST bike carrier by far!! We are both in our 7th decade and even I alone (5’2” 120 lbs) can manage to attach this in my hitch without any issues. It’s so easy to load both our hybrid and e-bike and they are super secure. We love that it folds up small and wheels away when not in use. This bike carrier is worth every penny!!
This rack is perfect! eTrailer had it shipped and at my home in almost no time. I drove with it on the car today, and it was solid and secure. It's super easy to get on and off the hitch. I'm 5'1 and I was able to load the bike on with the ramp without a struggle. Thanks for the thorough video and comparison information. It made this purchase easy.

Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This bike rack works great for our 2 Lectric 2.0 e-bikes. We mount it on our 2019 Honda Ridgeline. It folds up nicely when it’s on the truck and we are using our bikes. The locking mechanisms work well also. I contacted support for a smaller hook arm to clamp B over the bike frame. They knew exactly what I needed and shipped it - no problem.
I've been using this bike rack alongside a trailer hitch I got here for my small car (chevy bolt ev) and it was exactly what I was looking to get to haul around my fat tire mountain bike bike. Sometimes I throw two bikes on there (either an e-bike, slightly heavier at 60 lbs, or a 2nd mountain bike) and it's perfect.

Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
etrailer: prompt delivery, fair price! Rack: It does fit my (2) Gazelle T10 eBikes. 1) I found I had to adjust every setting to get bikes to fit. Until you learn there are many adjustments, it does not seem like the center/vertical clamps will reach both seat posts. 2) The ramp is barely usable; my wheels are max it will fit and you must have at least 12ft of clearance on each side of car to get bike lined up with ramp. 3) My bikes have a "walk" feature, this is not usable as its too awkward to hold the walk button down and move around the rack. I found its easier to abandon the ramp and load front then rear wheel. I will rig up a wheel stop, on ends of each wheel holder so bike will not roll off while I strap it in. 4) Rack did NOT come with a lock for hitch pin; this is very disappointing as they say in manual this is an optional item. Every rack I have seen at least has a clip that would otherwise hold the hitch pin in if somehow the bolt loosened up. 5) The rack weight is the lightest I have found. 6) You must load the first bike (closest to car) from car passenger side. This will avoid you bike pedals hitting the vertical bar. That means you must load the 2nd bike manually as there is no way to get the pedals past the vertical bar. I will get used to this, I hope. 7) The rack is a few inches above the receiver (part that goes into hitch) so if you have a low hitch this might be an issue with ground clearance. With both bikes mounted up, it seems very stable and hopefully will be secure in travel.
This is a great product and works beautifully! The only issue was some sloppily made plastic turn knobs that were cross threaded on arrival. However, Yakima immediately shipped out replacements. It carries two large E bikes easily. They fasten solidly and are easy to load and unload!

Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Gunmetal Gray
This thing is built like a tank! It is of the best fit and funtion I have seen in a bike rack! Solid as can be, fits my bikes perfectly and looks awesome! Plus it folds completely out of the way to access the rear liftgate on my 2022 Rav4!
Great service from etrailer and the rack arrived as expected. Fairly easy assembly. OK video on Kuat’s site, but didn’t cover the foot pedal. Really glad we got the 2” hitch. It tightened up and we’re impressed with the quality and the stability of the rack. We haven’t done a road test yet, but look forward to putting it to the test. We have a Ford F-150 and it works great. The bikes were fairly easy to load with the batteries out and two people. We do need the strap extenders for our RadMini Step Thru’s. The tires are too big for the ones that come with. Only one set of extenders came with the bike and one adapter for a smaller tire. It’s okay, but since it’s a two bike unit, would have been nice to have both extenders. Otherwise, we are really liking the look and stability.

Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Used it twice so far, it meets my expectations based on other reviews. It's easy to load the bikes (8 minutes or so for 4 bikes) and to move up or down. Glad I bought this "lighter" platform rack rather than the swagman because while it's not hard to get into the hitch, neither is it "light". Anything heavier would definitely be a pain. Hopefully straps etc are durable over the long haul. No problem getting 2 adult and 2 kids bikes on. Glad I went with a platform rack over a bar. My sister has the bar rack and says it's impossible to get 4 bikes on.
Ok so I I was going to buy a safari rack which ended up being about $100 more once you tacked on taxes and shipping from another website. This was on sale and had really good reviews. I bought this and have used it long enough to leave an honest review. It’s a really good rack, quality built, and If anything should break on the rack etrailer has all the replacement parts for very cheap prices. I have used this racks for shuttle duties and held 4 big enduros bikes several times. You don’t need to use the extra red straps sent with the rack for the bikes to be very secure. As someone stated before in the reviews long wheelbase bikes like size L or XL frame enduro or DH bikes might only be able to strap one wheel and frame attachment (the one wheel will be too long to get a good strap on), but all you need to do is drill a hole and move the clamp outboard about 2” and you’ll be good as gold. This rack is awesome and was a heck of a deal. Would recommend and buy again if I ever needed 2 racks? Also not to mention (not that I really care), but the rack was packaged really nice and didn’t come all damaged from shipping, it was really nicely formed foam that was glued in place and not just some hack job some guy tossed in a box. 10/10 !

Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
The good: I like the way the bikes are held in and the ability to add the upright adapters to the bike frame holders. The straps are quality too. For a jeep with a spare tire, this is the perfect length to clear it. This rack is 5 stars from the bike holders to the base of it. The bad: the 2"receiver adapter and bolt are insufficient. I wish they made this in a solid 2" hitch. The entire setup is held into the receiver by a very short bolt. It only goes about half way into the receiver tube. So your hitch is only "secured" on one side. A hitch pin or bolt should go through the receiver tube completely imo so it can be secured on the other end with a retaining clip or nut. Because this only goes in the one side, the entire weight of the rack plus bikes are held tight to one side of the receiver by the undersized bolt and washer. A few bumps down the road and that bolt loosens. Now instead of distibuting the weight of the rack and bikes on the receiver and post, it's completely up to the bolt to keep you from losing the rack. The bolt threads get damaged too. I took this down a dirt road and nearly lost everything. I had to buy my own bolt with hd fender washers and lock washers to correct this. Thule should've provided this from the start. The current short bolt design where only one side of the receiver secures the rack is unacceptable. This rack is 1 star at best for the connection to the receiver.
I bought this bike rack back in April but wanted to make sure I used it to give the best review. First I want to say I did a lot of research on bike racks and found this one to be the best one to fit my needs. The best price I found was on etrailer.com, at the time it was When I called the customer service to place my order, I spoke to Dan. He was very pleasant on the phone and took the time and listened to what I needed and understood my concerns. I ordered the bike rack and also ordered the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device and the Thule Cable Lock w/ One Key System Lock. Dan suggested I also get the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, which I never even thought of getting. Delivery was in about two business days, which was really fast and at the time of order they were running a special free delivery over $99. When I went to put it together I noticed I was missing the flat cap screw M6 x 16mm, part number #853-5787-02. I emailed Dan and within 24 hours received an email that the part was sent out and also in the email their was a link to track the order. After I received the part I did notice that the flat cap screw was actually in the 2 inch adaptor sleeve. The instructions were very easy to read, and it took me about 20 minutes to put together. I did have an issue when I positioned the stinger into the cradle, with the 8mm locking nut, it was not staying tight and when I took it off I noticed the threads inside were gone, so I ended up going out to Lowes and buying a new one and its holds perfectly fine. I also had a question about that part because it is not a locking part and was worried someone would try to steal the rack. I contacted etrailer.com to find if they make a locking device for this and they said no but I can contact Thule to double check, I'm still waiting for an answer back from Thule. The weather finally broke and we installed the rack onto my hitch, tightened it and it doesn't rattle. When I finally used the rack and put my bike on, it did sway a little but at 50 mph I was very happy with it. The trailer comes out just enough away from my car that I do not have to fold completely out and I can open my trunk with no issues. I am very happy with my purchase and had a great customer experience with Dan. Would highly recommend ordering from them to anyone.

Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack - 1 Bike
Linda and I recently ordered two Aventon Pace 500 NextGen E-bikes from [bike store] in Madison, WI. Not wanting to just toss our expensive new bikes in the back of the p/u when they arrive next month we promptly ordered the Thule Instagator from etrailer. My prior experience with etrailer came as a recommendation from a friend. I was able to do quite a bit of the research on etrailers website, the demonstration video extremely helpful and we placed an order. The racks were in-stock, shipped promptly, etrailer providing a very nice tracking link that included pics of the staff involved in processing the order and a map of the route all the way to delivery. Absolutely 1st rate service. The racks showed up in perfect condition about two days after placing the order, exactly as promised. We are very pleased with etrailer, will most certainly be ordering from them again and recommend this company w/o reservation. Nice job etrailer!
I bought two racks to transport my ebikes. The tires do not fit in the rack. the cradle that holds the tire require to be wider. I need to return them. please assist me in this matter. thank you

Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Matte Black
I've taken this rack all over New England on the front of my Dodge Ram 3500 pick up truck with a truck camper. I had no idea it was possible to love a bike rack so much. After one drive I didn't ever worry about it again. So nice that it locks up when I am camping or taking a quick stop for food on the road. So glad I bought it from etrailer. They totally help me pick the perfect rack for my challenging set up.
Still very new, but what an awesome bike rack! Assembly was a snap and the rack is rock-solid when you secure it to the hitch receiver. etrailer was amazing too - excellent communication, price and fast, free delivery. Overall I am extremely happy with the rack and service!

Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
Great product, great company to do business with. etrailer is the best. Friendly, helpful and they made sure the bike rack was shipped immediately and it was delivered on time.
The quality of the rack is very sturdy and well built. I needed a rack that has a 12” spacing between wheels do to the baskets on each bike, and this rack delivered that. The issues I have with this rack are: I have a GMC Yukon suv and with the rack mounted I have to lift my two Lecritc 2.0 e-bikes, at 60 pounds each up over 24” to get it mounted. It sure could use ramps, which I know it did not come with. The clamp hold down does not work with fenders on a bike. It does not clamp very well on the cross bar (male and female) type do to the width and the angle of the cross bars. When clamping in front of the front fender makes the bike very unstable, and will require additional strapping and tie downs to secure the bikes. It claims it is for e-bikes, but only if it has no fenders. Nice rack, just not for me.

Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
Works well for transporting two 29" wheeled mountain bikes. However, after one year it's starting to rust in several areas (see attached photos), and the front wheel arms are becoming increasingly difficult to raise and lower. Finally the locking cable is extremely rusty as you can see in the attached photo. I'm not sure how durable this rack will be long term.
We have had this bike rack for one year and use it every week-end. My wife has a Trek e-bike (52 lbs) and I have a regular Trek hybrid (23 lbs). The rack is very sturdy and I have no issues driving at highway speeds, there is no movement of the bikes. Very easy to load and unload.

RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
We love our RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack. The fact that it can hold our two e-bikes and swings out for rear door access makes it perfect for vanlife. Service and communication from etrailer is outstanading!
etrailer.com asked me for a review about 1 week after it arrived. A better review would be in about 6-12 months after delivery to allow me time to use and experience the rack. Disclosure: my review is just for the assembly and install. Assembly is not easy. I needed to go to the internet and look at photos. The instructions lack detail. So only 4 stars for assembly instructions. It seems like a good design. The included locks seem cheap - like why bother including. The hitch pin design seems to tighten down the rack so there should be minimal rattle and movement. The rack sits up relatively high, so it would be safer to lift heavier e-bikes with two people or use some type of field engineered ramp. Wish it was made in the US and I wish the country of original was fully disclosed in the etrailer.com description. Perhaps it is disclosed but I learned it was from china after it was delivered.

Swagman Truck Bed Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Fork Mount - 9-mm Skewer
I used 2 inch square tubing cut the length of the tie down support bracket in my 2007 Honda Ridgeline and secured with a stainless bolt and wing nut, use a large enough washer to cover the diameter of the supply hole in the Honda Ridgeline bracket on the truck. A couple of notes: Be sure to use something as a cushioning gasket to insure a snug fit and to protect your truck lining. I used rubber or foam exercise mat cut to the same as the aluminum square tubing. Use a washer that a combination of hard plastic and metal to avoid the corrosive effects of dissimilar metals in contact with each other. last: My 26" full suspension bike fits, but I have swing it to one side slightly before i close the tailgate and lift the bike up and slide it down....It's a very snug fit but the suspension adds pressure to the tailgate and its works out very well. Or you could just use a tailgate extender.
Referring to special mounting instructions if you have a bed liner: (line #3). I do not have a bed liner, but I do have a molded plastic cap on my bed rails ('04 Ford F350). The first install over the plastic cap the locking pin or pin as called out in line #3 was nowhere near making contact with the metal lip of the metal bed under the plastic. What I did next on the second and final install was remove/cut away the plastic on the inside of the bed rail to allow the vertical portion of the "L" mounting bracket (Fig 4) to contact the metal bed. The locking pin is now at a position almost where it would protrude under the metal bed lip if I would remove the rest of the plastic under the horizontal portion of the "L" mounting bracket, I did not do that. After cutting a notch in the metal rail to accept the pin, the pin barely flushes out to secure the rack. A 1/4" longer pin would take care of this problem. One other thing that was not addressed in the install instructions was if you have a full size pick-up bed you are likely to attach the passenger side fork mount (Fig 2) to the right of the extension tube locking mechanism. The extension tube is a smaller diameter, so you will have resize the fork tube clamp (Fig 1) for the smaller tube. I can't explain how to do it other than it's a Chinese puzzle.

Thule GateMate Pro Tailgate Pad for Full-Size Trucks - Up to 7 Bikes - 53" Wide
Very sturdy and well made. Great for a barrier between bikes and tailgate so it is not scratched. The camera flap is a plus so the rear view camera is accessible. No issues a year after purchase. Fits a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 and 2022 RAM 2500 equally well.
It has 7 different areas to strap bicycles down but there is definitely not room to strap 7 bikes down from what I can tell. The straps were a little tricky to feed under the tailgate and pull up at the same time with only one person. Overall it works pretty well but it appears to only have enough room for 4 MTN bikes.

RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
At age 75, I have purchased many bike racks over the years…..this one has no equal in loading and unloading…
This rack is really, good. The only thing i add to make it better is small strap that holds the front wheel to the front wheel bracket. I never had a problem with it, but i like to make sure it is secure. It is a solid bike rack and worth every penny. I would buy this over the Kuat version any day.

Inno Tire Hold Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Loved it so much we ordered it twice! We had our first rack 3 years and re-ordered after we were rear ended and the rack was damaged. Our e-bikes go on and off easily- assembly was easy. We have a 2020 Toyota Highlander and this rack works beautifully - in the photo I have blacked out our license plate state and number. I put reflective stickers on the rack tire holder bar, as our back license plate is maybe difficult to see with the bikes in place. We wouldn’t need to, but we also remove our bike batteries to lighten the load and reduce road and weather spray during our 1,900 mile trips. We LOVE that the bikes tip away so we can access the tailgate without removing the bikes!! Best bike rack ever.
Overall excellent quality, easy to use and install. We’ve used this regularly for the past year with ease! 4 stars because we’d prefer that it had a standard 2 inch hitch instead of the 1 1/4 inch with adapter. This would remove the little wobble factor which bugs my husband. I had to remove my cute rear bike fender because of the way the tire clamp arm attaches to the tire. If that could attach at a lower point on the tire I would be stoked!

Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
At the age of 70, I needed a “friendlier” mounting and bike access rack. A platform rack seemed to be the solution. I had one caveat. My Subaru Forester had a 1and 1/4” receiver (with a non-standard 3/4” length mounting hole). My Volvo had a tuck away 2” receiver. After some research I gravitated toward Thule only to find out they had no solution for my above conundrum. In fact their customer service offered no interest in solving my problem which others also must have had. More research…enter Saris! An American made company with an innovative solution. I quickly received my SuperClamp EX-2 from ETrailer along with excellent customer service support. The ease of constructing the unit for use and the obvious structural integrity was immediately apparent. My wife couldn’t believe how easy it was to use and to stow away on my garage wall after use. Thank you Saris and ETrailer for a wonderful product and experience. I guess American made is still alive and well. I highly recommend this product and the associated companies.
Purchased this bike rack last year and am very pleased with the stability of the rack. The straps and clamps secure the bike well to the rack. Some things that I learned: When attaching the rack onto your hitch, it helps to put a piece of tape on the rack (hitchtite) once you have lined up the holes. This will make it easier to find the exact location of the holes the next time that you want to use the rack. Finding the exact location allows you to smoothly hand tighten the bolt to the end of the hitch. At that point, just use a socket wrench to finish the tightening. When putting the bike on the rack, I loosely secure the clamps to the tires at first. This allows me to rotate the tires to find the right location in the wheel well for the straps to go around the spokes. I next secure the bike with the straps and then fininsh securing the clamps to the tires.

Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
The Destination bike rack works perfectly on my 2020 Pacifica and I have clearance going over speed bumps! I recently upgraded my bike to a Trek step through which hung too low on my old Thule rack no matter how the cross bar adapter was adjusted. Problem solved!
I realy like how it holds my bikes securly in place. I also like that (without the bikes) I can open and close the hatch on my 2014 Hyundia Santa Fe. I have a 2" receiver on my car. We went away for a long weekend from CT to VT and had no issues with it holding my bikes. Would definetly recomend.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Truly grooving on my wife's new Swagman Chinook bike rack. She wanted to be able to transport her nice road bike easily without throwing it in the back of her car, and since a roof rack is out of the question, this Swagman model fit the bill perfectly. It arrived quickly on the anticipated date. Kudos to etrailer.com for the email updates to keep me informed of my purchase. Within one hour, it was installed on my wife's 2014 Mazda3 hatchback. The Swagman is heavy and solid, which is reassuring as it makes me feel confident that it will keep the bikes secure. It also makes me feel like I got my money's worth. A ratchet wrench and Phillip's head screwdriver were the only tools required for the easy install. I did my research before purchasing the Chinook model as I was also eyeballing a very similar Thule rack that was slightly more expensive. I spoke with an etrailer.com expert who gave me the lowdown on both models. Ultimately, the Swagman won out because it has a smaller 'footprint' while extended or folded up ... and also can tilt away from the car for easy access to the hatchback area. Very convenient! FYI: Mazda doesn't make a trailer hitch for the Mazda3 as it's a small car with a small engine and has no business towing anything. Thankfully, the Curt company makes an aftermarket frame and trailer hitch that fits the Mazda3 hatchback perfectly with no drilling. Stupidly, I purchased it from another online company thinking I was getting a good deal. Turns out etrailer.com had it for less with FREE shipping. Oh well ... live and learn. Now I know that etrailer.com is one-stop shopping for bike racks AND trailer hitches. (Full disclosure: I had the garage down the street install the frame as it's easier with a lift) Only snafu: the shipment contained an extra set of keys that I assumed was for the hitch bolt lock (there was also a set of keys on the bolt itself). I spent 15 minutes using those keys trying to figure out how to remove the lock from the bolt to install it on the hitch. The keys just wouldn't turn in the lock. I called etrailer.com and Kevin told me to try the other set of keys ... and they worked. So an extra set of keys came with it that did absolutely nothing ... weird! Obviously, I can't speak to the longevity and durability of the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack as I just installed it. What I can speak to is the sturdiness of it, the ease of the installation and my complete satisfaction with the good folks at etrailer.com.
I ordered the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack on line from etrailer and so far have been very satisfied. The bike rack was delivered in less than a week. Unpacking the rack and assembly was fairly straightforward. I have read some reviews that complained the assembly instructions were a bit vague. I didn't have a problem but can see where others without a mechanical background get confused. The rack is very sturdy, but there is some side to side play in the tilt mechanism. I'm not sure this can be avoided with a rack that folds down. Installing the Curt trunk stabilizing strap takes most of the sway out of the rack. Installation is fairly easy and quick. It takes me 6 - 7 minutes to install the back on my hitch, and to install the bike and be ready to drive away. That seems reasonable to me. So far I've only loaded 1 bike. I've included pictures of my installation on a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 sedan. Clearance between the bikes, the rack and the car are good. With the bike loaded in the inside, most forward position, I have 6" clearance between the pedal and the bumper. With the bike removed, the center support folded flat and the rack folded up in the storage position, I have 4" clearance between the closest part of the bike rack (the fold down hinge assembly) and the back bumper of the car. I am able to open the trunk of the car without removing the bikes or using the tilt feature, but I do have to remove the stabilizing strap first. Overall, I'm very pleased with the bike rack and think it will serve me much better than my old strap on rack. Since the weather has been cool since getting the bike carrier, I haven't taken any long trips to give it a real workout.

Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
We love this bike rack. We bought a couple ebikes and needed something we could use behind our travel trailer when camping and the truck when we just want to drive to some trails. When we were looki g, many can't be used behind travel trailers. We absolutely love the way its built - its sturdy, high quality, pretty easy to put together - good instructions. Love the tilting feature - use one foot - very easy. Love that it comes with the cable lock for the bikes, It is very adjustable for a wide range of bikes. We have step throughs. We did buy a hitch lock for extra security. We would recommend this rack to anyone.
This Kuat rack will work great for me. I previously has the same rack but with the 1 and 1/4" hitch. That worked fine for our 2 bikes, but I upgraded to a heavier bike and needed the actual 2" hitch. Things I like better about this newer rack: 1. While cable locks aren't the most secure devices, they are better than nothing and this rack includes an integrated one. 2. It seems the hooks that go over the tire have a softer feel that will hopefully not make the bike front fork over time. 3. Assembly was easy. You'll never find anything requiring assembly that has clearer instructions! Also, it's great that Kuat includes all the necessary tools to complete the installation; no digging through my various tool boxes for the correct tools. In addition, the packing of the rack by Kuat was fantastic with everything protected and secure. Things that time will tell: 1. The finish on this is a flat power coat; my previous was grey with a sealed, smooth surface that was easy to clean. I'm not sure in the long run how easily this finish will be to clean. 2. The hole in the arm for the lock is open when the cable lock is not installed. This could certainly allow for water and dirt to enter the interior of the arm. Some sort of cover or plug for this hole would be a nice improvement. And, of course, the information on etrailer was great. Ordering was simple, delivery as expected. Another great job by etrailer.

Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This bicycle rack seems very well built. It was easier to assemble compared to a different one we had, and sits very securely in the hitch when tightened down. We love that all the locking mechanisms are keyed the same.
Lets be honest, there are better looking racks. But I work at etrailer.com and can use pretty much any bike rack in the world. When it came time to go on an adventure race I chose this rack to get my teams bikes there. When we got home one of my team mates bought one because he was so impressed. When it came time to go on a 12 hour road trip with my family I chose the Hollywood. It is a star. Not a Marilyn Monroe, more of a Sylvester Stallone. The thing is solid and it works really well. It is heavy, but any 4 bike rack is going to be on the heavy side. The option to remove the 2 bike extension is nice because it makes the rack easier to handle when you only need 2 bikes. The antirattle knob snugs the rack up in the hitch super tight. Having the cable lock and hitch lock included and keyed the same makes it easy to lock the bikes up when you stop for dinner. The folding feature uses pins and clips instead of the switches found on some other racks. The pins and holes were a bit tough to get aligned at first. I had to ask my wife to lift up on the end of the rack just a hair to get the pin started. She got chain grease on her and I quickly learned that asking for her help was not a good solution to my pin alignment problem. So I grabbed my drill and a bit that was sized the same as the pin hole and cleaned out the holes. About one minute later the pin was sliding in and out perfectly and my wife will never get greasy again. In a nutshell this rack is not the lightest, not the easiest and not the prettiest, but I love it. It is easy enough to use that it is not a hassle, it locks to keep the bikes safe, is a great price for the features and it is solid, very solid. You can see in the pictures that I have used this rack extensively and it still is working great.

So if you have a carbon fiber bike or if you have an unconventional bike, like a step-through, this is gonna be a great way to secure it without making any contact to the frame. You're gonna have a large hook on your front wheel, and with the Sherpa you want it as close to the forks as possible, and you have a single strap on your rear wheel, and that's gonna hold your bike in place as you go down the road. A cool feature of the Sherpa 2.0 is the fact that you can pull this lever and actually tilt your bike carrier while it's loaded with bikes. You can see right here that you have full clearance to open up your tailgate without having to remove the bike from here and having any interference.
Yakima GateKeeper Tailgate Pad Review - 2023 Jeep Gladiator
Hi, Matt with etrailer and today we'll be talking about the Yakima GateKeeper tailgate pad for mid-size and compact vehicles on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. What I like about this carrier is it's unique to trucks. Since it hooks on your tailgate, that's gonna be nice if you're already utilizing your hitch or you don't want to and you don't wanna deal with the extra length that a hitch bike rack gives to your vehicle. What's nice is that it utilizes the space in your bed so you can hold up to five bikes at a time with no weight limit. That's gonna be nice to accommodate those heavy e-bikes too. As for how it's going to secure to your pad we're just gonna have this strap here with this hook here and that's gonna secure your bike to your pad.
Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Rack Review - 2023 Jeep Gladiator
Hi, Matt with etrailer. Today we're gonna be talking about the Inno Tire Hold bike rack for two with an inch and a quarter two inch hitch on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. This is gonna be a very versatile bike rack with this ability to hold up to 60 pounds per bike holding up the two bikes. That means it's gonna be able to accommodate those e-bikes. Another thing to note, the two hold down points are on each tire meaning that it can also accommodate alternate frame bikes and carbon frame bikes. One of the features of this bike rack is its tilt away feature.
RockyMounts MonoRail 2 Bike Rack Review - 2023 Jeep Gladiator
Hi, Matt with Etrailer. Today we're gonna be talking about the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. It's gonna be a very versatile platform style bike rack. It has a ability to hold up to two bikes, 60 pounds each, which means it can accommodate e-bikes. We also have two strap down points, a strap at the back tire, and a wheel hook on the front tire. If you notice, it's not making any frame contact, which means it can accommodate alternative frame bikes and carbon frame bikes as well.
Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack Review - 2023 Jeep Gladiator
Hi, Matt with etrailer. And today we're gonna be talking about the Hollywood Destination e-bike rack for two on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. This bike rack can hold up the two bikes, 70 pounds each, which means it can carry those e-bikes. Another thing to note is four strap down points, and this fourth one up here is making contact with our frames. So unfortunately, we won't be able to use any carbon framed bikes, and it'll also be able to carry a lot of other bike shapes and sizes. But we'll talk more about that feature after when I take the bike off.
Yakima FullTilt 5 Bike Rack Review - 2023 Jeep Gladiator
Hi, Matt with Etrailer. Today we're gonna be talk about the Yakima Fulltilt on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. The Yakima Fulltilt is a hanging style bike rack that can accommodate up to five bikes, 40 pounds each. Now, that means it cannot carry e-bikes. Another thing to note, it has three tie-down points all on the frame. So that means it cannot carry alternative frame bikes or carbon frame bikes.
Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack Review - 2023 Jeep Gladiator

This is gonna be a great versatile platform style bike with this ability to hold up to two bikes, 60 pound, 60 pounds each, which means it's gonna be able to accommodate those e-bikes. Another thing to note it has two strap down points. This back strap here, and up here it has this wheel hook, and if you notice that's only on the tire and not the frame which means they'll be able to accommodate not only carbon frame bikes but alternative frame bikes as well. With this being a more premium style bike rack it does come with additional features. One of those features is this tilt away.

This tailgate pad is capable of holding up the two bikes. To show more of those features, we're gonna take our bike off our pad. So taking a closer look down here is really easy.
RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2023 Jeep Gladiator
Hi everybody, Cooper here from etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the RockyMounts AfterParty on the back of our 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Now, the AfterParty is going to be a pretty premium bike rack, but it has some really nice premium features to match. One thing that works really well with the Gladiator is that we actually have an integrated swing away function. So, we just go ahead and loosen this lever here, make sure that we unthread it all the way. And once we have it unthread, we just can go ahead and pull a pin here on the back allowing us to swing the whole entire bike rack away.
Yakima HighRoad Roof Bike Rack Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at the Yakima HighRoad. It's gonna be a roof mounted bike rack, here on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now, we've got it on the roof today, but just because we do doesn't mean you have to. And honestly, if I had a choice, I probably wouldn't put it on the roof.
Saris Door County 2 Electric Bike Rack Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
John here and today we're taking a look at the Saris Door County on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now this is going to be a great choice if you have two electric bikes that you're wanting to take out on the trail with your Jeep Gladiator and still being able to not have to worry about how heavy electric bikes get. One big thing that I wanna show off right off the bat is how it's able to handle working with heavier bikes and taking them off. Now as you can see, it has a mechanism here that is actually used with your wiring. It is going to be plugging in right into the back of your Jeep Gladiator. Now it is a slow process, but whenever you have heavy bikes, like say up to 60 pounds, you're gonna want that.
Kuat Piston Pro X 4 Bike Rack Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Today we're going to be taking a look at the Kuat Piston Pro four bike rack on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now if you have a Jeep Gladiator, you most likely have a lot of your equipment and a lot of your stuff in the back of your bed. Or you may have a Tonneau cover like this. So it's gonna be a little bit tougher to get your bikes in the back of your bed whenever you're doing things like maybe you're going hiking as well or you need all of your stuff in the back. So this is a great choice. Whenever you have a 40 pound weight capacity and the ability to carry four bikes along with it being able to use the wiring that comes with your Jeep Gladiator, it is going to be a great choice.
Hollywood Racks RV and Camper Bike Racks Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Today we're taking a look at the Hollywood Racks RV Rider on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. This is gonna be a great choice if you have a lot of heavy bikes that you need to get to and from the trail. It's going to have an 80 pound weight capacity which is very, very high whenever it comes to bikes. That's going to be able to handle most of your mountain bikes, your heavier fat tire bikes and even electric bikes. Now right off the bat, this is RV approved which is great because it works on everything except for let's say a travel trailer. So if you have a van or you have a RV fifth wheel basically it'll work on everything and that's great but whenever it's on your Jeep, you can actually tilt it away.
Kuat Piston Pro X 2 Bike Rack Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Hey everyone. How's it going Today we're gonna be going over the Kuat Piston Pro X 2-bike rack here on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now there's a few different types of bike rack options on the market, the two main ones being hanging style and platform style. So this is obviously a platform style. A hanging bike rack, they're still great options, typically a lot more cost-effective than the platform style, but they're much harder to lift your bikes up and on to, and they don't allow you really to carry bikes over 35 pounds. So with the platform-style racks here, all you do is have to lift your bikes up to the wheel trace here.
Yakima StageTwo 2 Bike Rack Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Hey everyone, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over the Yakima StageTwo bike rack here on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. So this particular rack here is gonna be a two bike rack allowing us to carry up to two bikes. Now, keep in mind, this rack is also available in a four bike version as well. So either you have the two bike and you wanna purchase the add-on to carry up to four bikes or you just purchase the four bike rack outta the gate. Keep in mind, if you purchase the four bike rack outta the gate, you can always take the outermost two trays off to have a two bike. Now, in regards to colors, we're gonna have a nice gray color here, which is what we see installed on our Gladiator today.
Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination E two-bike platform rack. This is designed for your extra heavy electric bikes and we'll take a look at how it fits here on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Our focus here today is just to talk about how this works with the truck and the features, and it has a lot of cool features, but the feature that impressed me the most is the tilt-away. We have this knob right over here. You're gonna wanna rotate that knob where it's just loose enough to push out and when you push out, let's see, not loose enough there, and when you push this out, it's gonna stay there. So it is currently ready to tilt it away, but when you have your extra heavy electric bikes there, you may wanna, you know, prepare yourself, get yourself ready.
Yakima GateKeeper Tailgate Pad Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Hi there everyone, John here, and today we are taking a look at the Yakima Gatekeeper Tailgate Pad for five bikes here on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. This is gonna be a great way to get five bikes to and from the trail without having to worry about them getting damaged or the inside of your bed getting damaged either. Now something that you may wanna know is why wouldn't I just use my hitch There's a lot of reasons that you may not wanna use your hitch on your Gladiator. Maybe you just wanna be able to use it for other things, cargo carrier, and you wanna use the available space in the back of your truck bed. Not only that, but this isn't gonna have a weight capacity like you would have for your hitch. As long as they fit and they fit comfortably, you'll be able to fit five bikes of any size in here, though, I do recommend to play around, figure out what the best setup for your bikes are to make sure that they aren't moving against each other.
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Hi everyone, John here and today we're taking a look at the Hollywood Destination 2 bike, bike rack on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. This is gonna be a great bike rack. If you want to take two bikes to and fro the trail, without having to worry about those heavier and bulkier bike racks. Now going over some of the features, considering this is a more affordable bike rack it's not gonna have some of the features you may know with other platform styles. Like the tilt-away. It doesn't have that.
Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator

Now, we will take a closer look at some of the specs to see if this is the right bike rack for you and your bike. So when it comes to what kind of bikes can it hold, and some of the specs, I definitely like that it's a 60 pound weight capacity. So that's gonna hold up to some of your heavier electric bikes, which is something that's really nice whenever you see how much it weighs.
Yakima Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Hi, everyone, John here and today we're taking a look at the Yakima OnRamp for two bikes on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now let's take a closer look at some of the specs that make this a great choice for you, especially if you need something to help you get the bike off. Now, this is going to have a 66 pound weight capacity which is going to be great for a large amount of bikes including your electric bikes and your mountain bikes that are on the heavier side. It's also gonna have a 50 inch wheel base. And with that, it's going to be able to handle larger bikes like this, which some 48 inch wheel base sometimes goes over the side or you have a little trouble moving it back and forth.
Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Everyone Charles here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Swagman XC2 on the 2021 Jeep Gladiator. So this is your fixed platform style rack, that's gonna allow you to carry up to two bikes with 35 pounds per bike. It's not gonna be the best for your carbon frame. As you can see, it's gonna be mounted on by the frame, so if you have your carbon frames, it might whoop or damage that. This is your fixed platform style rack, that is gonna allow you to carry two bikes, up to 35 pounds per bike. And this is a great entry level bike rack, especially if you don't ride too often.
RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator
Hey everyone, Charles here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at the RockyMounts MonoRail solo bike rack on the 2021 Jeep gladiator. This is a great rack to use for almost any type of bike you have that's under 60 pounds, except for maybe those with a fender, but otherwise this is gonna do the job. I love its simplicity and ease of use by highlighting the touch points right here in blue. To tilt it away, I'm simply just gonna support the whole rack here by the frame and pull this lever and tilt it away. And on this Jeep Gladiator, It is gonna touch this part right here.
