Will this work with the Mopar 82215631 Truck Bed Cross Bars for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator JT w/ Trail Rail Cargo System? Thanks in advance!

It is highly likely that the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack # TH599000 will fit the Mopar Truck Bed Cross Bars for your 2020 Jeep Gladiator with the Trail Rail Cargo System, though Thule has not test fit this, and I was unable to find the specific dimensions of these bars to confirm a fit.

That said, it is really easy to determine if the UpRide will fit your truck's cross bars. From the photos I saw of the Mopar crossbars it looks like they have channels, so the UpRide will fit in those if the channels are a maximum of 20 mm x 20 mm. It will also clamp around crossbars that are 3-1/8-inches wide x 1-1/2-inches tall, so if you take a quick measurement of your bars you can determine if they will fit. Additionally, the bars do need to be spread between 24 inches and 43 inches, but according to the install directions of the Mopar crossbars I saw, 24 inches is the minimum recommended spread so that should not be any issue.

I do recommend adding the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200 in order to lock the rack and secure your investment. Additionally, I have added links to a couple video reviews of the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack # TH599000 for you to check out.
