Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver
Very heavy duty. Will use it with a bike rack I had for another vehicle that had a 2" receiver.

Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver with 5" Rise
The item was very well built and arrived quickly. The only complaint I have, is a problem I was expecting to have after reading another review, so I don't feel cheated, just a little disappointed: it doesn't really fit a 2013 Jetta Sportswagen with a U-haul branded hitch. It doesn't clear the bumper. The male part the goes into the receiver needs to be just about 1.75" longer (2.00" might be better) to clear the bumper. A suggestion would be to make the male appendage 2" longer and provide two holes so people can use either the shorter or longer extension, depending on how far out they need to go to clear the bumper. (I was able to make it work by chopping off a triangular part off the top part of the unit)
So far, so good. Had to cut into the bumper if my 2011 Jetta in oder to make it work. Here is a picture.

Curt Hitch Extender for 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receivers - 7" Long
Perfect fit to extend the hitch to allow my bike rack to clear the back bumper. Great quality as well.
This hitch extension was exactly what I needed. New hitch on the Toyota Avalon has the receiver box a little too far under the bumper to fit my bike carrier. The diagonal support on the carrier didn't allow hitch pins to align without modifying (cutting) bumper. This extension was a simple yet effective solution to moving the carrier away from rear of vehicle. (Photos were taken without hitch pin in place) The item was in stock and shipped rapidly. Thank you etrailer.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter with 2" or 6" Drop/Rise
Worked out great for my family bike adventure. Traveled with that setup over 1000 miles and it was easy drive. I had cargo carrier on the bottom and bike rack on top, and with that setup and 4 people on board still plenty of ground clearance 11". Dual hitch is a solid piece of steel that can carry a lot of lbs. Just don't overload max. tong weight, need some room for safety!
This adapter design was exactly what I was looking for. I often carry 4 or more bikes with my Sylvan GO. The pictures show how I configured my setup. Its perfect!!! And yes, I have to be a little careful on really tight turns but its never been an issue. Thank you George and the etrailer team.

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 1-1/4" (Class II) to 2" - 6" Long
The Curt C45785 1.25 inch to 2 inch hitch adapter seems well-constructed, but does NOT fit the current SPA Volvo OEM 1.25 inch automatic retractable hitch receptacle (mine is on a 2020 V60 Cross country). The lock pin hole doesn't go back far enough to accommodate the pin -- see photo.
Great product from an even greater company. ETRAILER has the knowledge and products to solve most any trailering problem.

CR Brophy Hitch Extender for 1-1/4" Hitch Receivers - 5-3/4" Long
Here in Saskatoon, Canada, I am very pleased to endorse J&J's flagpole holder and hitch mount extension products. Solid construction and beautifully finished engineered pieces. Fitted easily onto my '92 Camaro RS, for Shriner parades. Supporting a worthy philanthropic effort for children.
I personally couldn't use it. But I know metal industry very well and this will work perfectly in its environment. It was just not needed and I never put it on.

MaxxTow Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" to 1-1/4" Hitch - 11" Long
Installed my 2” hitch but don’t have a 2” bike trailer yet. I purchased this to continue to use my 1.25” bike trailer (until I find a deal). Used this over Thanksgiving weekend on I35 in Texas (tons of traffic)and I’m very pleased with the performance. I’m was secure and bikes traveled just fine.
I ordered this adapter from e-Trailer so I could extend my bike rack past my spare tire on my 2005 Honda CRV. This solved my problem and this thing is well made to take the weight. I'm glad I purchased from e-trailer because I know now that they sell quality products as I have also purchased a new receiver, ball mount and 2' ball to pull my trailer. If your goal is quality, great service and fast shipping then e-Trailer is one company to go with.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2" or 10" Drop/Rise
Great product
I love the product not just for the obvious reasons such as it’s extremely durable and well made for safety but specifically for length of the arm. The arm length is just long enough to clear my hitch rack walls, which allowed me to plug in my bike rack. I would certainly recommend this product to others. I haven’t seen any marketing for this specific use case so have at it.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2 " or 8" Drop/Rise
Perfect for my application.
Works great! I use it on my motorhome to carry my bikes with a Rocky Mounts Carrier and flat tow my car with my Blue Ox system. It places the bike carrier at an optimal height over the front of the car but my may be different for other bike carriers. Very sturdy and seems to be quality all around.

Draw-Tite Hitch Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers - 18" Long
I was surprised by just how solid and heavy it was made. Just what I needed to move my Bobcat UTV hitch back to I can use it as my yard dog to shift my trailers around and not worry about the plastic tailgate nor the plastic bed getting damaged. The hitch sits under the bed and this extends it out so it is useable.
The hitch extension worked perfect. The only one that was 18" pin to pin which was exacty what I needed to make this combo work. Dual hitch to start. Top whole a luggage rack to haul coolers and the bottom for the bike rack. Thanks etrailer.

Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver (Class II Only)
This adapter allows us to use a bike rack we have across all our cars. It is perfect for light duty applications, easy to use and it can be stored in the trunk until you need it. I would definitely recommend it.
It works great I kinda wish I had gotten two of them ‘mmmm

Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver
Used the Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver to have a bike rack with two bikes on the upper Receiver and a 21' bassboat on the lower Receiver. Ran down to Florida Everglades, Florida Keys and back home. Almost exactly 4,000 miles. Hitch worked perfectly. I did find that you can not "jacknife" the boat as much or the bow of the boat will touch the bikes on the rack but that is to be expected. Hitch was quiet, strong and exceeded my expectations. Easy to install and looking forward to using it again in a month for another 4,000 mile road trip. Note: I drive fast and the roads are not always perfect. This is a sturdy Hitch Receiver. Hope this review helps you. Sorry, crummy photo as the Receiver is a "set it and forget it" product. Be well.
I bought this Dual Purpose Receiver at Twice the price of that Big online company because of reviews from owners that bought on both sites. After evaluating the reviews, I chose to go with etrailer because I have come to trust them as a company that gives you a great product that they will stand behind and they appreciate your business. I haven’t used this receiver yet, but can look at it and I am comfortable that I made the right choice. I will follow up with another review after I use it.

Hitch Extender For 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver 10"
I recently had a hitch installed on my car. Since the cargo carrier that I have was used previously without an adapter, I assumed that I didn't need one. Now trying to locate one was more of an effort than locating a hitch. The local auto parts stores of national brands don't keep them in stock. One store made an inquiry but didn't give me much hope. Now I can make a rode trip in confidence that the carrier will be secure as I head down the interstate.
Customer service was excellent. this was what i needed and they helped make sure i received the correct part!

Trailer Hitch Adapter - 1-1/4" to 2" Hitch - 4-1/2" Drop/5" Rise - 6-1/2" L
Perfect and simple item. It was easy to install. I purchased an accessory with receiver opening of 2” and my jeep had 1 1/4 receiver.
I love it! It’s allowed me to use a 2 inch bike rack on the back of my sedan in a safe manner.

Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver
This has worked great to reduce my 2" hitch so that I can continue to use my 1 1/4" Thule bike rack, and I like that it doesn't extend out much from the hitch. After my last trip though, the inset separated from the larger piece. I can still use it, but without the smaller piece fixed in place, I can't put it on the car first and then slide the bike rack into it since the smaller piece slides, and it's impossible to line the holes up. It's also rusted more than I expected. It wasn't inexpensive, and I was hoping it would last longer. I've used it for maybe a dozen trips.
Perfect fit BUT the inner tube broke away from the outer tube after about a dozen trips. One small weld on the outside corner is all that holds it on. The small amount of play must have been too much for it. I was even using an anti-rattle lock pin. Very disappointing due to the price point. And now it’s unsafe to use as it could slip right out of the receiver.

Titan Hitch Box Extension for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches, 41" - 48" Long
Just received the 41/48 inch hitch extension today so haven’t actually used it. However, one can tell the high quality by looking at the welds and thick paint coating. This item is extremely heavy. I expected some weight to it, but it surprised me. Also, the tubing has very tight tolerances. I have two ball mounts, neither of which slid into the extension on their own. I had to pound them in and tap them out with a 3 pound hammer. Once paint and labels were scraped away by this action the ball mounts were able to be slid in by hand. This extension will be used on my dually carrying my truck camper. I’ll be towing an aluminum trailer with a Can Am Spyder. Total weight towed will be less than 2000 pounds so I don’t expect the extension to be subjected to any stress.
Would have given this 5 stars if it weren’t for the packaging and minor shipping damage. It was just stuck in a box that was way way to large for it, no padding or anything. I’m amazed it was even still in the box all things considered. But that said the extension itself is very well made, super solid.
Inno Roof Box Review - 2013 Volkswagen Jetta
AJ: What's up everybody, it's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be checking out the Inno Wedge Plus rooftop box on this 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. It's going to be a great way to get all that gear out of your vehicle and up on the roof. That way it gives everybody more leg room on the inside, makes for everybody happier on a trip. So, right away I want to say that it's made out of ABS plastic so it's nice and durable, you can hear it. Even thicker here on the bottom, you can hear kind of a lower toned knock.
Yakima Roof Basket Review - 2013 Volkswagen Jetta
Andy: Hello everyone. Andy here with etrailer. And today we're going to go over the Yakima Off-grid Roof Cargo Basket on our 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. Having a smaller vehicle such as a Jetta, whether you have extra cargo or you have passengers and cargo, you need an option between a roof basket or a cargo box to have on top of your vehicle. Here with the roof basket, you have the option to put that cargo, whether you're going on a long trip, camping trip, road trip, and you have some luggage or other types of items, this is going to be a lot easier to use other than a cargo box sitting on top. It's much easier to get everything in and out and load it up quick and unloaded quickly as well. One thing that you want to check when it comes to how much weight and load that this basket can really hold is going to be based on not only your vehicle's specifications on what they require, but also the load that the bars that you're going to be mounting it on it that can hold as well.
etrailer Medium Roof Cargo Basket Review - 2013 Volkswagen Jetta
Andy: Hello everyone, Andy with etrailer, and today we're going to look at the etrailer medium-sized cargo basket on our 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. One of the main reasons to have a cargo basket mounted to the roof of your vehicle, this vehicle, the Jetta, being a little bit on the smaller side, you're going to need more space for passengers or for extra cargo as well. So having the option to have it roof-mounted is one way to go.This specific basket allows up to 165 pounds to be loaded into it. Just to keep in mind, this basket alone, just itself, is going to weigh almost 30 pounds, so you need to make sure that the weight capacity that your bars can handle doesn't exceed those two. These bars specifically can hold up to 220 pounds, so we've got a little bit of room to work with. One thing we want to keep in mind is the clearance that we have from the bars to the top of the roof basket. Right now, we have anywhere between 8 and 8 1/2 inches at its peak point. One thing with this specific cargo basket, we have multiple tie-down points in order to keep that cargo that's going to be loaded secure. It is made out of steel, very, very durable, and it's also powder-coated in black, and that's going to keep it corrosive resistant, whenever you're driving in the elements or whenever you're loading things that might happen to nick it, scratch it.
Inno Roof Box Review - 2013 Volkswagen Jetta IN94FR
Zack: Hi everybody, is Zack here at etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look at the INNO rooftop cargo box on a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. This is going to be a really nice streamline aerodynamic design. It's going to give us nine cubic feet. The thing about nine cubic feet, that's essentially adding a little less than the trunk that's on our Jetta. So we're going to get a decent amount of space.
Trunx Roof Box Review - 2013 Volkswagen Jetta
Zach: Hey everybody, Zach here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Trunx nine cubic foot rooftop cargo box on our 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. It's going to be a really nice, easy to use cargo box. I like that it's a more cost effective option, if you're looking to get a little bit more protection on top of your roof, versus something like a cargo basket, or a hitch-mounted cargo carrier. But it's going to lack a few features of some of the higher end ones, but I was actually pleasantly surprised when I took this one out. I hit some rain, and didn't have any issues with it.It's pretty easy to install.
