I bought the Blue Ox Bumper Adapter, part # BX88358, for the Hammerhead Armor front bumper we installed on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator Overland. We plan to tow the Jeep behind our motorhome and the adapter lets us do that, while keeping a clean look for the Hammerhead bumper. Love it!

Weve put over 6K miles on our RV and Jeep over the last year and plan on taking off again in a few weeks. Our Blue Ox adabpter fit perfectly with our Custom Bumper with built in tow package. Extremely tough as youd expect from anything Blue Ox

The actual product appears to be good quality but is grossly over priced. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have $xxx to throw away. There are very good quality alternatives.

- Adapter to Go From Blue Ox Tow Bar to Aftermarket Bumper of 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL with D-RingsSince you have a Blue Ox tow bar currently and a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL you could use the D-ring adapter part # BX88358 to attach to your D-rings. I'd recommend running the safety chains to the frame of the vehicle as that's the most secure location.

We towed our Jeep Gladiator from Alabama to the West Coast and back using the Blue Ox adapter with no issues. Takes a couple of minutes to align and secure the adapter pins. When we are not towing, I stow my adapters in a small bag, along with my Air Force One connection, towing light cable and pair of gloves. Leaves a nice clean look, not having a base plate. Still love it!
