Solution for Flat Towing 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with Aftermarket Bumper with Blue Ox Tow Bar

Question:
I have a Blue Ox base plate for towing my 2019 Jeep Wrangler JLU Rubicon. It has the stock plastic bumpers. I would like to change the front bumper to a steel one with a winch mount. Is there one that will work with the base plate I have?

The only solution would be to use the Blue Ox base plate kit adapter for Off-Road Bumpers with 1 inch D-rings part # BX88358 with the bumper you go with as long as it has D-rings and then you can use the Blue Ox tow bar you have now.
