Base Plate Kit Adapter Solution for 2014 Jeep Wrangler with AEV Bumper

Hello I have a 2014 Wrangler with the AEV bumper and I have the winch and D-Rings on it. I am having a baseplate installed for flat towing. I am told the BX1133 is compatible with the AEV bumper but the existing holes that the shackles utilize will be utilized by the baseplate. Do they make an adapter that will allow me to use the D-rings with the baseplate installed?

Blue Ox sells D-ring adapters for use with their tow bars like with the part # BX88358 which fits 1 inch D-rings or part # BX88357 which fits 7/8 inch D-rings. Since your AEV bumper has D-rings on it I would recommend using one of these adapters to connect to the D-rings instead of trying to also fit a base plate kit with it. It would be worth checking to verify that bumper is flat towable as well.
