For our purposes it works fine.
Drilling holes was tough and get the nut inside frame was a challenge but got it done
Box was damaged on delivery. Unit was bent in various places. There was no hardware in the box. Powder coat finish was damaged and scraped off from being tossed around during delivery Called Anna at etrailer to report damage on 10/15 at 3:45pm west coast time. Sent her 8 photos of damage. Really poor packaging of the unit

Perfect fit for my 02 Wrangler. A bit tricky getting the nuts into the frame after drilling the holes in the frame..More detailed instruction would be helpful.

Still working great..
The installation on my 97 Jeep TJ was easy, the fit to the frame was exact - really designed to fit perfectly. Component and extras were all inclusive with detailed instruction sheets.
Have never done business with eTrailer before so i did my homework and was not disappointed. They were very helpful and I got the materials within 3 days

Great product easy to put on. I have a 2000 Jeep Sahara. Plate went on real easy. I didn't have to remove my bumper. My jeep has a 4 inch lift plate took about 21/2 hours I was by myself and took my time.
This fit pretty well and was fairly easy to install. One of the nuts with the wire welded to it for feeding through the Jeep frame had issues with its threads, maybe from when the wire was welded to the nut. I had to use a tap to fix the threads. Also, I don't like the look of where the electrical plug is to attach. The base plate wouldn't be too noticeable if the two prongs were sticking out in the middle. I plan to just run a pigtail out from my hood and don't need the mounting prongs, so they will look goofy sticking out. Otherwise it is a nice product.

The Base Plate is working perfect on my 97 Jeep Wrangler TJ. We have used it a lot and getting ready to use it again in a few days.....heading South!!! Im glad I bought something I could trust and not just a cheaper off brand model. Blue Ox is Great quality and a good solid fit and Im still a Happy Camper!!! 5 Stars again!!!
The bolt that holds the arm was on the wrong side I had to swap the bolts out so the arms would stay in place.
Great product delivered quickly at an excellent price.
I have NEVER seen hardware packaged as well as this shipment. There was no way for anything to get damaged or lost! The shipment was on time and I am super pleased!

Installation went ok. Had to bend tow bar connection tabs for proper pin fit but was minor detail.
