Question:

02 jeep wrangler. 02 fleetwood pace arrow 37a, tow vehicle. The jeep has the Blue Ox base plate already installed. I need the tow bar, wiring harness, and brake controller.

The tow bar I recommend pairing with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1118 on your 2002 Jeep Wrangler is the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e47ZR because it's at a good price point, comes with safety cables, and has some height adjustability in the head unit to help minimize the need for a high-low adapter.

To add wiring I recommend combining the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit # HM56202 with the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7. Normally with a lot of flat tow wiring kits you have you splice in wiring to your OEM wiring but the Hopkins is a plug and play kit behind your tail lights and then the Flexo-Coil kit gives you the 7-Way connection needed for your motorhome.

Then for a braking system I like the Brake Buddy Classic 3 # HM39494 because it's simple, cost-effective (compared to other braking systems), and still very reliable. Be sure to pick up and install the Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400 as well so the tail lights on your Jeep operate properly while you're towing.

You may also need a high-low adapter if the height difference between your motorhome hitch receiver and base plate kit connections is greater than 3" (see attached article). If you end up needing a high-low adapter be sure to pick up some safety cable extensions # DM9523064 so your safety cables are long enough.
