Crosswinds, passing trucks, and uneven pavement can tug at your steering wheel all day long. The Roadmaster Reflex RV Steering Stabilizer uses a tempered steel spring that constantly works to keep the steering centered. When the wheel pulls one way, the spring stretches or compresses just enough to counter the motion and then returns to its normal position. The result is steadier tracking down the highway without the constant need for correction.
If a front tire blows or the rig gets shoved by a gust of wind, the Reflex doesn’t let the steering wander. The heavy-duty spring automatically pushes or pulls back to center, so you stay in line without oversteering. That quick return to neutral keeps the vehicle predictable and easier to handle when the road throws surprises your way.
Long drives get tiring when you’re fighting the wheel to stay straight. By keeping your steering centered, the Reflex stabilizer cuts out that constant correction. The steering feels firmer and more controlled, making it less exhausting to hold your line mile after mile.
This kit comes complete with the stabilizer, custom-fit mounting brackets, hardware, and instructions. It installs between the steering mechanism and chassis in about an hour—no drilling or welding required. Its been a year and many miles since I placed this upgrade on our motorhome. Im so happy that I did! If your thinking about this, based on my experience I say do it and dont look back. I believe you will love the difference in steering.

After a year I am still very pleased with the RoadMaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer. And I still recommend the rear and front RoadMaster Anti-Sway bars.

As I said in my initial review I thought it would have more noticeable impact than it does. People who reviewed it prior to me purchasing it seem to think it made a big difference in the steering on an e450 chassis, but Im not convinced. Maybe another brand would have more noticeable impact for me or my expectations were just too high.
