Question:

The pin that holds the awning to the motorized arm broke from heavy rainwater and now the awning will not roll in or out. The arm motor is working/turning as we can see but the pin is broken from the head. What pin would I need if applicable or will we need to have complete replacement parts?

I believe you are talking about the head pin for the drive head, and there are replacement pins available, but it does depend on the specific awning you have, as the pins are for certain drive heads (we don't have a way of knowing what awning is on any specific trailer, unfortunately).
