On the Q solera Awining Head with a bent pin was stated you can not buy the pin alone. That is not correct part Lc93fr. I would like to see how to change the bent one..

To remove the old pin you'll need to remove the cover, remove the two retaining pins, and then slide the old pin out. To install the # LC93FR you'd just reverse the process.

Is it possible to extend the pin by 1 1/2"? What type of material is the pin made of?
