I reached out to Lippert and you will need three retaining washers when installing the Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera XL 63" Flat Awning Support Arm - Black # LC67VR. If you don't already have them, you need the Replacement Retaining Washers for Solera Pitch Arm Assembly - Qty 1 # LC431583.
