Question:

I see there are different models/ sizes for the Solera Awnings replacement pitch arm. How do I determine which one I need for my 2020 Keystone Outback? The following information was on a sticker on the awning: V000492567 RPO-0004665964 KEYSTONE PLANT #50 AWNROLL-21foot BLKSOLID HDWLED NFPA - 701

I contacted the manufacturer with the information you provided from the sticker on your 2020 Keystone Outback Solera Awning. They advised me the information is for the fabric itself and does not provide any information for the arms. In speaking with them and giving them the size of your awning they advised me the replacement pitch arm is either going to be Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm - Black Item # LC375994 or the Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera XL 63" Flat Awning Support Arm - Black Item # LC67VR. You want to make sure you measure the arm you have to get the proper size replacement. Replacing the arm also requires replacing three Replacement Retaining Washers for Solera Pitch Arm Assembly - Qty 1 Item # LC431583
