Question:

I need a part for my awning that looks to be a common part that breaks on the solera system. It is the arm that attaches between the wall of the unit and the solera main arm. Can this be purchased or am I stuck buying the entire arm assembly?

Thanks for the photos, and from that it looks to me like you are asking if just the pitch arm assembly is available, and if so, the answer is yes, it is the Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm # LC375994.

This is just the pitch arm part of the entire arm assembly, the Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm # LC281154 so you do need to be sure this is the arm assembly you do have, and if so the pitch arm I referenced is the correct replacement. The only thing to note is that you will need one of the Replacement Retaining Washer for Solera Pitch Arm Assembly # LC431583 as well for the installation.
