Question:
The pitch arm on one side of my campers awning broke. Can the pitch arm be replaced or must the entire support arm be replaced. A sticker on my awning has the number V000572047. It is a Lippert component. Please direct me to the part that I will need. Thank you.

Hey Bruce, thanks for the information. Sorry to hear you broke your pitch arm, however we do have it as a replacement so you won't have to purchase the entire support arm. You'll need the Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Lippert Solera 2000 Series RV Awnings item # LC93BX. You'll also need 3 of the Retaining Washer item # LC431583 for the installation. You can reuse your old ones, but just wanted to throw this in here in case those got damaged too.

Jared, The bottom of the arm rusted and it just broke under pressure. Not really that old.
